had a conversation with new but beloved friend about how we are so intersectional that we dont belong anywhere and what a challenge that is but also a gift. i think this is part of what appeals to me in abrahamic mysticism as a spirituality of nomadic pastoral people. like bright joys pass through life as ephemera. making certain choices prolongs that brightness however by showing us the importance in very simple things. belonging is never permanent but there are many circles of belonging in that way. which is sad sometimes but oh well life is a funny thing
