Writing here again brings back nostalgic feelings. I’ve been trying to find alternatives to avoid doomscrolling, as it’s been consuming my entire day and is not healthy for me.
So, I’m here writing my thoughts to gradually refocus my mind and return to myself. I’m also trying to avoid using any apps to edit what I’ve written.
