And then like a week later, your best friend tells you the lard lady must’ve found a new recipe, because her pies are DELICIOUS. So you go. And it is! First good meat pie in ages! The fumes from the building are awful, but who cares about that when there’s actually good food to be eating! (And also your next door neighbor went missing a week ago, how about that?) And then the pie shop closes down that year and you never see Mrs. Lovett or that nice looking barber again. Do you or do you not know what you’ve done
