It was unusual for Miles to be over, always busy doing who knows what, according to you. Nonetheless, he was still there, cuddling with you on your bed.

Moments like this were few and far between, with his parents (mainly Mama Rio) being lovingly overbearing and hesitant about letting you two together alone. It took weeks of Miles begging his parents to let him go over, or at least have you come over. Luckily, they allowed him to go over to yours. It was a surprise, especially because your own parents were away at work.

It was quiet in the room, the only noise coming from the rain on the window and the soft giggles coming from both of you. That was until you got up to grab a sweater from your floor, a shriek coming from you seconds after you grabbed the item. It alerted Miles, causing him to get up quickly and walk over to you.

He looked down and noticed what you were staring at with wide eyes, chuckling as you hid behind him and yelled at him to kill it, that it’s out to get you. He told you everything was okay, that it was just a centipede. Sure, it had a ton of little legs but it was a harmless bug and was probably just as scared, if not more.

Miles opened the window, feeling the soft sprinkle falling from the sky land on his hands as he opened it before walking back towards the centipede. He did his best to carefully and swiftly pick it up, carrying it over to the windowsill and placing it down. He watched as it crawled away and shut the window. Turning to you, he laughed at the disgusted look on your face. He pulled you back into the bed with him, his grip not loosening as you attempted to push him away, claiming he had bug germs on him and is all gross now.

Oh how he loved these moments with you. How he loved you.. he’d make every morning perfect for you if he could.

The next bug encounter happened when Miles came over to pick you up for a date. It wasn’t a surprise when you still weren’t ready, not having taken a shower and we’re still dressed in your pajamas.

You told him to wait in your room as you hurried to grab clothes and take a shower. It wasn’t even a minute later that you came rushing back into the room, still fully dressed as you tugged Miles up and towards the bathroom.

He was confused. Why had you dragged him to the bathroom? What was going on? Why were you so frantic? It was until you pointed at the bathtub, stating that there was a bug in it and ‘no way were you going to take a shower with that thing in there’.

He asked why you were so scared, it was just a praying mantis. They’re kind of cute, they look like leaves. Though, you swore it wasn’t. That it had to have been a priest from a past life and it was coming back to get you. Miles chuckled at your antics and went to grab a spare, cleaned out jam jar to put it in.

It was a new pet for you guys to share, he’d claim. You’d be parents for it now and you could see how nice it was, that it wasn’t out to get you. He’d make sure to poke holes into the top so the praying mantis could breathe. He’d do anything to show you that nothing could get you, that’d he’d do anything to make your evening perfect, even if it entailed keeping a mantis as a pet.

At this point, Miles might as well start calling himself the Bug Collector with all these bugs he’s been catching for you. First it was a centipede, then a praying mantis, a lady bug, a spider, and the list went on. Now here he is, in your living room as you scream over another bug. A millipede this time.

He saw as you jumped up onto the couch, trying to get as far away from it as possible. You looked terrified and his first instinct was to comfort you and ask what’s wrong. He couldn’t help himself when he chuckled at your theatrics, though he decided to humor you.

He felt genuine laughter and happiness when he saw your reaction to his teasing, pulling him up onto the couch with you. The millipede must be out to kill you both, especially since Miles agreed that it was staring with a vengeance as well.

stared in surprise for a bit until he heard you call out his name. He didn’t mean to zone out and stare, or make you insecure, he was just surprised when he saw you got a piercing. you didn’t say anything about getting one or anything. he thinks you look amazing though! (he always will no matter what)

asks if he can touch it unless it’s a tongue piercing, if it’s too sensitive or sore. he understands. shouldn’t mess with it too much otherwise it won’t heal as well.

reminds you everyday to clean it with saline water. twice a day! or however much/long the piercer said.

tells you that you should get a black and red one depending on the type it is.

“woahhh..” Miles gasped quietly as he stared in awe for the next few moments, snapping it out of it when he heard his name. he felt bad when he noticed the nervous look on your face.

“is it bad? do you you not like it?” you asked sadly, upset that he may not like it. sure, you got the piercing because you wanted it but it’d still be nice to know that Miles thought it looked well.

he gave you a shocked look, shaking his head. he grabbed your hand comfortingly and kissing your cheek, careful not to touch your piercing depending on where it is.

“no, no! it looks wonderful. you look wonderful! suits you very well.” he whispered lovingly and kissing your cheek again. it’s good to know he liked it. he really does think you look amazing.

did a double take. not out of disgust but more so out of surprise. usually when you get something done or are going out he gives you money, even though he knows you are fully capable he enjoys spoiling you. so it was a surprise when you came over with a brand new piercing that he didn’t know about or pay for.

tells you look good and just goes about what he was doing. doesn’t make a huge deal of it. though, a few minutes later he does ask why you didn’t say anything about it.

also reminds you to clean it, or at least s asks if you did everyday until it’s healed.

will buy you all the jewelry you want for it. will even buy a few he thinks matches his vibe, hoping you wear them. if not he’s not butt hurt or anything, though.

“looks good.” he hums out nonchalantly before returning to what he was doing beforehand. you respond with your thanks. the next few minutes are spent in a comfortable silence, the two of you enjoying each others company until Miles breaks it.

“so, why didn’ you say anythin’? i’d give you the money for it.” he questions, raising a brow as he turns to you. usually you tell him about stuff like this and he gives you money for it.

“mmm, just felt like it, y’know? wanted to treat myself for once. not that i don’t love you spoiling me but it feels nice once and a while to gift myself something.” you explain to him as he nods in understanding.

“yeah i get it.. next time ‘m payin’ though, got it?” he states firmly. you know he’s gonna find a way to pay for your next one for sure.

Pavitr Prabhakar

beyond excited when he noticed it. gasped super loudly when he saw it and rushed over to you. just like the other two, he had no idea of this happening. he also asks you a thousand questions about it.

showered you in compliments on how good you look, how it fits you perfectly, all of it. also showers you in soft kiss around your face, being really careful not to mess with the piercing as he’s worried to hurt you on accident.

he also reminds you to wash it everyday. setting reminders on his phone to text or call you. or if y’all are together he’ll help wash it if he can, being as gentle as possible. he has a bottle of saline spray at his house for whenever you’re over and need to clean it.

sends you pictures of jewelry he sees when he’s out and about, asking if you’d like it. if so he will definitely buy it for you. does not care about the price. if he doesn’t have enough now he’ll save up for it. (jewelry is expensive 😃)

“woah! you look so good! when did you get it? did it hurt?” Pavitr said happily and he rushed over to you, grabbing your cheeks softly to examine the piercing closer.

you chuckle at his antics, grabbing his wrists so you could pull his hands away to be able to speak properly. “slow your roll, Pav. i got it today and it hurt as much as i thought it would.”

“absolutely gorgeous. i knew you’d rock it, even though you never told me. why didn’t you tell me?” he continues to chatter fast, it was hard to keep up with him. he was just excited for you though. he knew you’d only get a piercing if you really wanted it.

“wanted to surprise you.” you smiled at him as he started to peck your face with a bunch of soft kisses. you didn’t think he’d be this excited over a piercing.

Gwen Stacy

was surprised when you said you wanted a piercing but was excited for you. she helps set up the appointment and everything, goes with you for comfort if needed, let’s you squeeze her hand as well.

if you let her, she’d pick out the one you get. she wouldn’t suggest one that hurts really bad though, depending on your pain tolerance.

definitely picks out the jewelry for it if you let her. it’d be a soft pink or blue fs.

so, she has her brow pierced so i feel like maybe she might get more piercings. maybe like her septum or a normal nose piercing, yeah? if it’s around the same time you got your piercing she’d set an alarm for the both of you and if you’re together at the time you’d clean it together or she’d ft you and y’all would do it on call

you decided to answer the call and when you did all you saw was her eyes and up until a few moments later. Her face popped into the screen, a huge smile as she noticed you answered.

“i’m assuming you already know what time it is, yeah?” she shook the can of saline in a jazz-hands gesture, chuckling as you rolled your eyes playfully.

“yeah, yeah.. just let me get to my bathroom.. you always call me when i’m in bed and comfy” you sigh, your tone whiney and exaggerated.

“oh boo-hoo.. you’ll be okay. now get your butt up and go clean your piercing. don’t want an infection, do you?” gwen raised a brow at you. her expression felt similar to a judge-y mothers.

Hobie Brown

when you said you wanted a piercing he was more than willing to do it himself, free of charge. all of his have either been done my someone he’s friends with (for free) or himself. he’s got all the supplies needed and knows how to do most piercings. you wouldn’t be the first person he’s given them to.

if you do let him do it, it’ll be the same as if you were to have gone to a trained professional. just more.. homey? sure it’s a little more risky, but think about it, it’s free of charge (it’s expensive, my septum was $100), plus it’s with someone you know and should by now trust

if you go to a professional he doesn’t really care. it’s your money you’re spending.

totally steals jewelry for you if you wanna change it out once it’s healed. helps you clean it, as well. he knows the perfect way to clean it well so it doesn’t get infected.

“yeah.. okay sure, i’ll let you do it. but if you fuck it up I won’t be happy..” you glared at him, letting him lead you to the living room of your place to sit and get ready.

he just chuckled and walked up to you, patting you on the back firmly. what is with dads and their firm pats? “looks great, kid. suits you very well. you think i’d rock one? i should totally get one, yeah?”

“uhm, yeah, if you want mj to leave you then you should, old man..” you joke with him and return you get a gasp from him.

more than willing to go see it with you. was downright excited when you asked him to see it with you. when he was younger he definitely played with Barbies with his mom. and in the comics he eventually has a little sister so he totally plays with her too.

pays for everything. uses the money he’s saved up to take you on dates. he wants you to have a good time

definitely cries. doesn’t have to go through the struggles the movie represents but still sympathizes. we love him 🫶

surprisingly but not surprisingly is the one who said y’all should go. was definitely more excited for Barbie than Oppenheimer. refuses to step foot into a showing of that.

will definitely wear pink. it may not match his whole punk ‘aesthetic’ but he doesn’t believe in consistency. “but pink is a girl color”, nope! he doesn’t listen to that load of bull. colors are just colors, plus he’s always changing colors so what’s it matter to him. he himself turns pink sometimes.

begrudgingly pays for tickets but will not pay for snacks. sneaks them in fs.

doesn’t really cry but does sympathize with what the movie portrays.

He prefers Creative over Survival for sure, reasoning: he’s scared of the mobs and refuses to fight them

Plus in Creative it’s a lot easier for him to build stuff because he is definitely The Big Builder or The Decorator. He makes the most outrageous buildings but they look good

Has a whole world full of buildings and stuff. Like, complete towns filled with mansions

Playing with him is a lot of fun though! He’ll come up with build designs with you and you’d work together. If not, the two of you would totally mess around, building things just to blow them up with TNT or set it on fire

Miles is the one to put your beds next to each other. He thinks it’s cute, though he’ll do it without saying anything and if you mention it he becomes a stuttering mess and says he knows nothing and didn’t do it.

If you do end up playing Survival with him he will make you kill all the mobs, no doubt about it. He’ll make the base, probably trade with villagers, farm and kill the animals for food but not much else. He’s too afraid of dying

“Miles, did you put the beds next to each other? Because I know I didn’t.” You snicker teasingly, your character staring at the beds then at his character. You turn yourself to glance at him and notice his eyes are wide and he’s blushing.

“What..? What, me? Nooo.. That’s stupid why would I do that? Maybe you forgot that you did it because I didn’t.” He stumbled over his words, refusing eye contact. It was cute.

“Mhm, okay. Y’know, maybe I did forget. I think it’s a cute idea, though.” You smirked, kissing his cheek before turning back to the screen and continued playing.

Gwen Stacy

I think she’d play Survival and only Survival, claims Creative is for the weak

She goes all out in Minecraft, fighting mobs, getting achievements, going to the Nether, all of that. She’s not afraid

Definitely The Pro or The Achiever. Like I said, Gwen goes all out

She’d forcefully make you go with her, but she’d give you the right equipment needed and pointers on how to fight. If you genuinely don’t want to fight with her she’d have you farm and trade, pretty much do the smaller necessities for survival.

Has finished Minecraft several times, got all the achievements and everything on different worlds, never gets old for her

If you got her to play Creative she’d go on a rampage, killing everything for fun. Or she’d fly around trying to find different biomes

“C’monnn.. it’s not that bad!” Gwen would groan, trying to convince you to go to the Nether with her. “I’ve given all the armor and tools you need! Just try not to die.”

“Try not to die?? It’s the Nether, I’ll die no matter what! I’m not a pro like you. I’m not the one who’s finished this game multiple times.” You gave her an incredulous look, gaping at her words. It’s one thing to not die on the main world, that was usually easy, but the Nether? Yeah right, she’s insane.

“You’re overreacting.. Plus, if I’m a pro, wouldn’t that make you feel better that you’d be with me? Not by yourself.” She chuckled, arguing her point. You just scoffed and told her to go, following in after her.

Pavitr Prabhakar

I see him playing both Creative and Survival. Just really depends on his mood. Either way he’s having fun

He’d be The Zookeeper, collecting animals like Pokémon cards for real. Within the first 30 minutes of playing he already has a house full of cats and dogs, probably three parrots flying around him and is starting an animal farm. How? No idea, he just does

In Creative mode he’d spawn them all, naming all the animals with name tags one by one, even coloring the dog collars too

In Survival he’s taming every animal he sees, using a lead to bring the animal to a fenced in area. There’s one full of cows, pigs, horses, all the usual ones. But he even has them for pandas, camels, and turtles.

He’s also one to place his bed next to you, though unlike Miles, he’s not embarrassed by it, actually stating out loud he’s doing it. No shame at all.

When he’s not collecting animals, he’s following you around. He has no idea where you’re going or what you’re doing but he doesn’t care. He’s following and collecting every flower he sees, claiming he’s gonna make a bouquet for you.

“Hey, Pav? Where’s the- woah what the hell? How do you already have a whole army of pandas? Where’d you even get those from? We’re no where near a jungle..” You questioned, beyond surprise by the sight of around a dozen pandas in a fenced up area. It was even decorated to what a panda would need, looking like a small jungle.

“Hm? You say that likes it’s hard to find them! What’s so bad about it? I think they’re cute!” He smiled brightly, his character jumping around in the area full of pandas. “I have more than just pandas!”

“How?? We haven’t even played for more than an hour! When did you do all this?” While it was probably better not to question him, you needed to know how he did it, and seeing him more than happy to explain made it all the more better.

Hobie Brown (sorry it’s shorter than the rest)

He genuinely does not care if y’all play Creative or Survival, doesn’t matter to him, he’s gonna be a complete menace either way

He’s not any of the type of players listed in the site I used, he doesn’t believe in consistency. He can go from killing mobs to farming. His main goal is to fuck with you though

He never gets you killed in Survival but he will mess around. He’ll hit your character (without a sword or anything) when you’re fighting a mob and run away. It’s like playing with a child

I can see him setting a village on fire and saying something along the lines of “they’re capitalist pigs and deserve to die” or something

All in all, he’s not much of a fan of Minecraft but he’ll play it with you if you ask.

“Hobie, why is there a village on fire? What did you do?” You raised a brow at him, staring at the slight smirk on his face. It was a telltale sign he did it, but you knew it was him either way. There’s no way a village randomly caught on fire.

“What ya mean, luv? Oh, tha’. Yeah I did tha’. Bunch a capitalist pigs, I tell ya. Jus’ doin’ my job gettin rid of ‘em.” He chuckled while setting another village on fire. You didn’t wanna know how many he’d set on fire at this point.

“It’s a game, B. And I need to trade with them, they have good stuff sometimes.” You whined, huffing at him. You know he doesn’t care and will do it anyways.

“Find another one then, luv.”

My god is it a nightmare.. first it starts out as an argument, trying to decide whether or not y’all are playing Survival or Creative. Mainly Gwen and Miles though, Pavitr and Hobie don’t care.

After about ten minutes of arguing they decided to ask you, so whatever one you prefer is what y’all played on. Either way one of them is whining.

If you picked Survival it leads to a pouty Miles, complaining how he’s gonna die a lot, and a smiley Gwen.

Within the first day Miles has already made a small base for you guys, Pav has gathered a few animals (he pouted when it was stated the cows and such would be used for food eventually, Gwen was mining for ores, and Hobie was.. being Hobie.

It was surprising to see how smooth everyone seemed to work together for a while, considering before y’all even started playing an argument broke out. Though if y’all could work well together while on mission, why couldn’t you in a game, yeah?

Give it an hour or so.. bickering over stupid stuff is bound to happen.

If you picked Creative, Gwen is whining how it’s for losers, which causes Miles to flip her off and thank you for picking it.

With Creative there’s a lot less arguing and bickering. Though there is much more chaos. Y’all are blowing up everything or settlor on fire for fun.

It started with you all just doing your own thing until randomly Hobie brings up the idea.

“I ‘ave an idea..” Hobie says out of the blue, causing everyone to pause. You all look at him with a face of confusion or hesitation. Whenever he had an idea, it was wild or something went wrong in some way.

“Great.. you have an idea.. does it have to do with the game or real life? Because I don’t feel like blowing up a building in your universe again..” Gwen scoffed, the others nodding in agreement.

“Yeah.. I agree with Gwen.. last time you had an idea we almost got killed..” You chuckled dryly, still traumatized from that.

“Damn, no faith in me at all, huh?” He rolled his eyes. “Yea, in the game.. Don’t worry, don’t plan on killin’ y’all. Woulda done so already if I wanted to.”

That caused another pause in the room, silence too loud. Thank god for Miles for breaking it. “Okayyy… what’s your plan?”

“Well, Gwendy got blowin’ up a buildin’ correc’. Though, I meant in the game. Why not have some fun an’ blow up some shit, or set it on fire, yea?” It was a smart idea, surprisingly. Everyone agreed, just with some terms, mainly Pav and Miles.

“Sounds fun! As long as my animals are safe and out of it, I’m in!” Pavitr stated, Miles nodding in agreement, but for his builds.

“Woah, a surprisingly good idea.. Let’s do it! Let’s blow some shit up!” You poked fun at Hobie, before smiling widely. It concerned the others at how widely you smiled but brushed it off. They agreed with the idea so they must be just as crazy then. With that, buildings were blown up, forests were burnt down. It was so chaotic to the point that the game started to lag and eventually crashed, causing you all to burst out in laughter. Well, it was fun while it lasted.

At first, it started off as small, little notes passed during a shared class. The two of you complaining about how boring or slow class was. Those notes turned into full written conversations passed back and forth. It often got you both into trouble but what of it?

Next thing you knew, the two of you passed notes back and forth, complaining about how boring or slow class was. Then those notes turned into entire conversations, full of anything and everything you could think of. It often got you both into trouble but what of it? You two became inseparable. Always at each other's hips in the hallways, walking the other to class if it wasn’t shared, not caring if you were late. In shared classes you always partnered up if possible, sat next to each other in classes that allowed it, talked in free time. Even at lunch you sat next to each other. It was weird to everyone else how quickly and suddenly you became friends. You didn’t care though, just glad he was now in your life.

Eventually, Miles would write silly little notes, often cracking jokes or complimenting you and hiding them around your backpack or locker. It was only every once and a while you’d find them when it first started. One every other week or so. Then it started to get more frequent, you’d find them a few times a week. He started coming over to your place to hangout and leave them around your room. The first time he came over you had found a note on your closet door.

‘Thanks for having me over, I appreciate it. Had fun as well! Though, next time, don’t worry about hiding your stuffed animals from me. I’m not gonna make fun of you for it. If you do hide them next time, maybe try harder though. :)’

You remember how embarrassed you felt after. It was last minute when you hid them, forgetting he was coming over until a few minutes beforehand. So you scooped them up and threw them aimlessly into your closet. You felt like messaging him and scolding him for not saying anything to you in person, but you know he’d be smug about it. The next time he came over he saw them on the bed, chuckling softly to himself.

Now it was an everyday thing. You’d find these notes around your room, from the desk, to the bed, to under the pillow, everywhere. You’d also find them in your backpack or in notebooks and folders. You started looking forward to finding them. You’d wake up early just to look for them sometimes. Sometimes you’d even find multiple a day. Miles has even hidden them around your actual house sometimes. Nothing was ever said about it between you. You didn’t think you had to bring it up. Miles would write notes and you’d read them, that was it. Not much to talk about. Though, other people thought otherwise. There’s been a few times your parents have handed you one, asking about it. When you explained it to them they had asked if you were dating.

That was when you felt your heart squeeze for the first time. You guys are best friends, nothing more. So why did your parents think so? There was never any reason to have suspicions, right? Was it weird for a friend to randomly leave notes with jokes or compliments around your house? Surely that couldn’t mean anything. But why did you look forward to it so much? You decided not to dwell on it. You two were just friends, that’s it! You guys and dating were words that never meant to be spoken in the same sentence ever again, you’d say, though your stomach fluttered at the thought of it. You just pushed it down and forgot about it.

The next time was when your dorm mate had said something. Giving you the note and stating that they found it on the floor, and assumed that since you had a friend over most recently and it wasn’t your handwriting, it was for you. Their tone was amused, giving you a smirk. Immediately you knew they thought there was something going on. You turned it down, letting them know you’re just good friends and this wasn’t an uncommon thing. In response they just nodded, not believing you.

The last time was when you had found a note in your locker, folded into a heart. Your own had skipped a beat, not knowing if it was a love note or not. Opening it, you found it wasn’t. It was a drawing of you and a small note.

‘I made this for you, hope you like it! Also, I’ve been working on some origami so I figured I’d practice with my notes, add a little flare for when you find them, yeah?’

-p.s. meet me at the corner cafe you really like tomorrow at around 1:30 PM! I wanna hangout.’

It wasn’t unusual for Miles to ask to hangout with the notes, but why were you so upset over it not being a love note? You’re friends for crying out loud! That’s when it hit you.. you liked Miles. No, that was an understatement, you were in love with him, your best friend. These stupid notes that you looked forward to finding. Just looking forward to seeing him, spending time with him. You loved it, it made your heart squeeze. You wanted more with him. Your parents and roommate knew something was going on, at least for you. How were you supposed to tell Miles? Should you even say anything at all? Or just let it pass. All you knew is that you’re in love with him, and now you’re in trouble.

e!1610! Miles Morales!

- Today had been a particularly hard day for Miles. He had barely gotten any sleep the night prior due to fighting all night. Once he got home that night- more so in the morning- he immediately fell asleep after changing. It gave him no time to relax, message or call you, he didn’t even get to eat anything that night, too tired to care.

- After what was only a few hours of sleep, Miles was awoken by his police scanner. “Why can’t I just sleep..?”. While fighting, Miles had gotten thrown, bruising his ribs and causing him to twist his wrist, along with many more smaller/minor cuts and bruises. By the time he was done patrolling for the day it was already 10PM, meaning another night of not being able to talk to you without the worry of crashing into a building.

- When Miles got to his room and climbed through the window he didn’t notice you sitting on his bed. Unusual for him, considering his spidey sense. It really must’ve been a long day for him, huh?

- “Miles.” Was the only thing you said. He turned, eyes wide with what seemed to be the biggest eye bags you’ve seen on him. “C’mon, come here.” You patted his bed, motioning for him to sit next to you. Slowly he walked over to you, settling onto the bed next to you. Next thing you knew he had you in a tight embrace, resting his head on your shoulder.

- “I take it you had a bad day?” You whisper, rubbing shapes into his back. All he did was hum, sighing into your shoulder.

- Pulling away from the hug, you grabbed his face in your hands, thumbs caressing his cheeks. Miles leaned into one of your hands contentedly, eyes shutting. “You may wanna change into to some comfortable clothes, yeah? I can clean up any cuts, get an ice pack for any bruising and after we can watch a movie on your laptop before sleeping. How’s that sound?”

- “That sounds absolutely perfect. Anything with you does… Have I ever told you how much I love you?” Miles praised. He was so glad you were here, that he could relax, even though he felt like passing out from exhaustion. He’d go through so much more for you, what’s staying up a little longer gonna do?

- “I’ll go get the stuff, and don’t worry, your parents are already asleep so you don’t have to worry about them seeing anything. I love you, too” You pulled him into a loving kiss before getting up to grab any needed supplies.

- He had been ignoring you recently and you don’t know why. Whenever he did talk to you it was short and he seemed irritated. Was it something you did? No, it couldn’t have been. He always communicated when something was wrong between you two. Instead of dwelling on it you took it upon yourself to talk to him. It was around 6 PM on a Friday when you went to his house. Knocking the door you heard a muffled ‘one second!’, you assumed it was his mom.

- Not even a minute later the door opened to Miles’ mom standing there. “Oh, cariño (sweetheart), it’s so nice to see you! Miles never told me you were coming over, come in, come in! I was just finishing up with dinner, go get him for me, will you?” She rambled, pulling you into a tight hug.

- You hugged back just as tightly, smiling at her. She was always so kind to you, how could she not be? You made her little boy happy. “Hi, Ms. Morales, it’s nice to see you too! Miles didn’t know I was coming over, I really need to talk to him. I apologize for coming over uninvited.”

- “No worries! I’m assuming he did something, sí? Do I need to knock some sense into him?” She pulled away from the hug, huffing at the thought of her son doing something to upset you.

- “No, no, it’s okay. Thank you, though! I’ll go talk to him and let him know dinner is almost ready.” You walked through the door, taking your shoes off and walking to Miles’ room, hearing his mom say ‘thank you! let me know if I have to smack some sense into him’ down the hallway. Getting to the door, you knocked before walking in after hearing his muffled ‘what?’ through the door.

- Miles looked up from his phone at you, sitting on the bed. He sighed, rolling his eyes. “What do you want?”. Your eyes widen at his words and the fact he rolled his eyes at you. He has never once done that to you.

- “What’s up with you, Miles? Did I do something..? You didn’t even call me ma or anything.” You asked sadly, sitting on the bed nearest his feet, setting a hand on his knee. Miles just shook his head, mumbling a ‘no’ as he looked back at his phone. Since you didn’t do anything, he must’ve had a bad day you thought. It wasn’t wrong, nothing seemed to be going right for him today.

- “Scoot, give me some room. I want to cuddle and I know you’re in need of some.” You moved up to the head of his bed, laying down with him as he complied silently, his head now resting on your chest. “Now, instead of ignoring me, tell me what’s going on under that pretty head of yours, yeah? Tell me what happened. If you don’t want to we can just sit here in silence or watch something. I’m here for you. I love you.”

- “Thanks, ma. Love you too.” He sighed, finally opening up to you about what was going on with him.

Pavitr Prabhakar! (I love him sm(.◜ω◝.)♡)

- Pavitr was used to Spider-Man being an easy job. Sure, there were days where it was a little more stressful, but never this bad. Today he had gotten hurt, a gash in his side, and he was unable capture on of the villains he fought because of it. After that, he had known to call it quits for the day and immediately to your house.

- When he got there, he knocked on the window, hoping that you’re in there. Not even a second later, the window was being opened and he was being helped in. You noticed him holding his side, some blood seeping through his suit. Luckily it wasn’t an alarming amount so you didn’t have to worry about him bleeding out. You escorted him to your bed, sitting him down before getting your first aid kit.

- “Pav, what happened? How did you get this?” You motioned to the gash, kneeling down and getting out the needed supplies from the first aid kit. You asked if he was able to take the top of the suit off without hurting himself, if not you’d have to cut it. With your help, you got the top of the suit undone and now it was pooled around his waist.

- “It’s nothing serious, jaanu (darling, sweetheart, beloved). Just a small cut, I’ll be okay!” He smiled brightly. You’d almost believe him if he wasn’t hissing softly in pain when you treated the wound. No matter the situation he always tried his hardest to act like he was okay and comfort you. While you appreciate it, you wished he’d open up a little more and let you comfort him.

- “Pav, baby, you know you can tell me, right? Anything at all. I know for a fact you aren’t always okay, you’re allowed to be upset, okay? Talk to me, tell me what happened.” You insisted, finishing up dressing his wound. Once you were done you sat on the bed next to him, pulling closer to rest his head on your shoulder.

- He pulled you into a full on hug now, pushing you down onto the bed so he was now laying on you. You moved a hand up to run through his hair, it was unfair how pretty his hair was without having to do much for it.

- “The last villain I fought today was hard to fight. He was fast, which is how he got my side. It stunned me for longer than normal and he got away.. I feel like I failed today.” Pavitr mumbled into the crevice between your neck and shoulder, giving it a soft kiss.

- “I’m sorry to hear that, baby. But just because you didn’t catch one villain doesn’t mean you failed, you still saved many people today, captured other bad guys, yeah? That’s a win in my book. Better yet, you’re still alive and breathing, so that’s the best thing. You didn’t fail, Pav, I promise you. I’m so proud of you, I love you lots.” You rubbed a hand down his bare back, nails softly scratching it.

- “I love you too, meri jaan (my life). I love you so much..” Was the last thing you heard from him before his breathing relaxed. You probably should wake him up so he could change, but he deserves and needs to sleep, so you let him be, still laying on top of you.

Hobie Brown

- You knew today that there was gonna be a huge protest against the British government. Originally you were gonna go with Hobie, but ended up getting called into work. Your boyfriend stated it was ‘a plan from the government so you couldn’t go and is a trick’. You wish he was right, but your job insisted they needed someone, at least for a few hours.

- When you got back home it was around 7 PM. Normally, the protest would still be going on, it would be all night long, but you didn’t know something went wrong. So when you got home and saw Hobie sitting on the couch with his head in his hands in the living room you were shocked.

- “Hey, why you home so early, B? Did something happen? Are you okay?” Questions fell from your mouth one by one, walking over to Hobie and grabbed his face softly into you hand, checking for any injuries. There was nothing fatal, just a bruise on his cheek and a cut lip. He looked at you, eyes full of anger and sadness. Whatever happened at the protest must’ve been really bad.

- “Yeah, ‘m fine. Don’ worry.. the fuckin pigs showed up. It was a peaceful pro’est, so I haven’t gotten a Scooby Doo on why they showed. Threw tear gas an’ arrested people. Turned into a ‘uge fight an’ shit.” He sighed, resting his forehead on your chest.

- You sighed as well, pissed at what had happened at the protest. How dare people stand up for what’s right and call out the government for their wrongs, yeah? You figured it’d be best not to worry on it too much right now and comfort Hobie.

- “I’m sorry, B.. I wish I could promise it’ll all get better but I know I can’t. What I do know is that none of this is your fault, okay? Unfortunately, it’s bound to happen. Cops are pigs, the government is even worse. That’s not on you, you did your best and I know it, even if you don’t believe it. I love you, Hobie, you did so well today.”

- “Mmm.. I s’pose so.. I luv you to. Let’s go make up some grub, aye? ‘M famished.” He said, moving back to look you in the eyes, hands coming to rest on your hips.

- “I am quite hungry, could definitely go from some dinner.” You agreed, your stomach making that well aware. You grabbed his hands and moved back, pulling him up and towards the kitchen.
