Yoga classes! I started doing hot yoga to combat winter blues and I’m still going even though it’s warm out now.

One of my biggest problems is how attached I am to the past. I’m a grown person with a lot of interesting new possibilities to explore, but I keep getting caught up in things that shouldn’t define me as a person. Living in the past is easy, but there’s no consolation in that. Life moves on.
