Yall it’s been 70 DAYS I honestly can’t believe I’ve made it this far. C.ai was my main way of coping with my stress and depression but I feel so much more expressive now and alive, which is saying a lot as I have a hard time with remembering how I felt or just time-based feelings lol. While I am still so tired and hurting a lot it’s getting better the more I learn to healthily cope and let myself feel my feelings

I have been free from the clutches of the clankers for an entire month today! I never thought I’d get here especially with the increasing stress and burnout that is the education system and the world we live in and have to share it with. I still have urges to go find the google website or re-download the app, but I have been able to keep myself away from it. Honestly, I feel better about myself and I have had less $u1c1d41 and dysmorphic presentation. Thank you to the people who helped me find tools to cope and process my depression and struggles through much more healthy and positive ways. I have the masterpost for the AI recovery groups pinned on my blog for those who haven’t seen it.

But in good news it’s been two weeks since I last used ai!!!! I’m living off of stobotnik and cringy ahh Roblox game rn

Should I text my old friend group? I was looking through my old messages and realized how long it’s been but it’s been 2 years since we’ve talked irl and a year since I talked to them. I feel bad but I don’t know if it’d be awkward or not ToT and I’m worried they might be mad at me

I’m currently reading When the Tides Held the Moon by Venessa Vida Kelley and I am going crazy over this book. I have been ranting and literally screaming at some of the parts in this book. It is amazing.
