Rarely seen without his wig and glasses[ theyre perscription too! handy] More of an agent of chaos and laughter of his own desire, Often it irritates the people of galaceus but he is still pretty skilled at making people laugh.

He can be sometimes cruel in the ways to achieve his laughter though. Not always just sometimes the audience he panders to in galaceus are more cruel. He knows how to play an audience no matter where he goes after all.

He actually finds competition instinctually with others who try to be 'a funny guy'. He feels an urge to break their spirits and outwit and out laugh them.

He may be a silly, goofy guy who seems completely unserious but he does a lot more behind the scenes than people realize.

Based off: night mayor pronouns: he/him age: 223 Vampiric traits: as he ONLY drinks human blood. Theres differences to his appearance that non human drinking vampires will have. His dominant fangs turning red as well a his hands creeping up turning red. Blood has been literally on his hands in a sense. Unique magic: secret tee hee. Not part of his unique magic but more so as a trait of pureblood vampirism: direct eye contact can induce hypnotism which often is why his eyes are closed to those around until he wants something out of someone [or many]

Personality: to the outside he seems a bit 'ditzy', almost an air head and says cute things such as 'oopsie' and 'okie dokie!' but hes much more cruel than one would expect. However they should expect any politician to be cruel. Hes the reason so often Watchdogs from harpers followers are being found in the infirmary. While hed love to fully suck one dry it wouldnt bode well for his image to get a record of death following him. Often fist fighters taste like hung over buzz balls to drink from thanks to all of aarons partying. Its in irony i named him Temperance as he has little self control to drinking humans dry. They're food to him. He likes to indulge in that. He can never be shamed off drinking human blood.

Banger is blunt, crude, and likes to drink. Often hes sitting in a booth quiet to himself just head bobbing to the music during aarons parties.

He is something like aarons best bodyguard in a sense. He actually thinks aaron is kind of a loser that overcompensates but that doesn't mean he can't chill with the guy who throws pretty good parties

Often is responsible for those that want to duel aaron but usually banger puts a end to that through a physical fight. He works out as well with aaron and the other fist fighters. Gotta keep his game up you know.

Theres a reason he's second in command, as he often has the best advice for Harper. As well as being the only one to come directly to harper and lay out all his credentials all in an organized file. While Harper has all the fantastic magic power- Pierce is well equipped in technological know how.

Twst from Andy the watchdog, Annie's show is his hobby after class. His Unique Magic "I.C.U." lets him project a magical camera to record anywhere. anytime, and without breaking! Cameras are quite expensive after all.

Because Annie really wants to interview Harper, they also interview other leaders to see if Harper will accept after. And he never does, or rather Pierce declines for him. Well, and maaaaybe Annie manages to get some blackmail on rivals while at it, who knows!

No one knows much about Annie themselves, and they actually enjoy being a bit of a puzzle to solve. There's no hidden malice or ulterior motives though, Annie just follows his heart honestly.

He has heterochromia and often hides their right eye behind bangs because it's the "boring" black one. Also nonbinary and switches pronouns.

A guy of few words, and many of them macabre. Culann comes from a well known fae family with frightening powers- eyes that can suck your very soul. Such power is highly esteemed, and feared, which explains why most students avoid Culann like the plague.

Culann's eyes are particularly strong even in his family, so he wears blindfolds, hoodies, sunglasses and such to keep his eyes hidden.

Admittedly, it's a bit lonely. Well, really lonely. But out of all the dorms in Night Raven, Galaceus is the least problematic for someone like him. A place where his powers are admired and respected. The applause isn't worth much, but there is a some pride in getting to flex his magic for his own benefit. It might be getting a bit to his head even.

Given his family training and the treatment at the hands of others, Culann is extremely self-restrained and bottles up practically every emotion. Keeping calm is key to controlling his powers. All hell would break lose if he freaked out... so he tries very very hard not to. The petty dorm duels let him vent some frustration at least.
