Hi. The blood tests came back positive and it is very likely that my unbearable, constant, full-body pain is due to an undiagnosed autoimmune disease. Coincidentally, I just got a job in food service.

My pain is quickly exacerbated by standing more than 5 minutes and/or being upright for more than 1.5 hours. Unfortunately, these are both necessities for my job. I can't be accommodated. My health is rapidly deteriorating, but I can't quit until I know I can pay next month's rent. My legs have been giving out on me. I won't be able to work that much next month anyway because I am going to be partially hospitalized for other health reasons.

TL;DR: Job is rapidily worsening my health, but I can't quit and find a better job because I have to pay rent and am going to be partially hospitalized next month.
