I Must Say ~

There was a misty blob vaguely shaped like a human wandering the halls of Commodus's palace. Anyone who's been here a while knows it's happened once before. Theo himself doesn't remember why he was stuck in mist last time, but maybe it's for the better. The shape moved through the place like it knew where it was going, and its destination was the kitchen. Once it arrived, it tried to pick up an apple, and found it slipping from its fingers for some reason. It was trying to grab the fruit, despite not knowing how it'll eat it, since its mouth wasn't exactly visible.

“Theeeeeeeeooooooooooooooooo?” A voice would echo, as the creature went through the wall with no issue, still as cloud-looking as ever- since. Well. He just reforms and goes through shit. The creature wanders for a moment, before noticing the buildup of mist in the kitchen- he smiles and makes a ‘aha’ noise as he approaches his brother, “Theo, there you are! Stuck again, hm?” He asked, despite knowing the demigod probably wasn’t in the best state of mind, and unable to reply due to it, “That’s alright! We all have our rough times sometimes.”

The shape doesn't seem to move to acknowledge Conan, though that was a being of magic, so he might see the person trapped by the mist looking in his direction. Maybe he even notices the small glint in his eye that is instantly extinguished as the shape went back to trying to pick the apple up. Who cares? They're all dead, anyway. What does it matter if he acknowledges a hallucination?

“You know, that sounds reeeeaaaallllllllyyy racist, right? Is that the word?” Rey heard a voice saying- it looked- misty? Sorta like how Theo would look when he was trapped in that mist once… but instead it looked much more- stable. Very much as if the being was made that was purposely. The being just floated over him as if this was normal.

Conan had of course came upon the scene.. after everything happened, cloudy form had a soft frown in it as he approached, he called to the misty figure, “Theo?” He didn’t like that. If that was Theo— not many creatures were made to be just.. ‘mist’ themselves, so it wasn’t good to see someone mortal- being all… yeah.

The mist shifted and contorted before taking on a humanoid shape, almost looking like Theo's figure, it might remind Conan of that one time his half brother got stuck in the mist. It looked down at the body, then at Conan. Even though it had no face, it seemed sad. It reached out towards the body.

Conan just frowned and watched, this definitely wasn’t good.. not good at all… it would be fine- but still. Not good it was happening.

The mlst's hand reach to Theo's neck, it pulled itsef closer. It then started to try and (re?)enter the lifeless body.

Yet again- what more could he do than really just.. watch? It didn’t make him feel any better, made him feel quite sad, actually. Even if he could see Theo’s form, it wasn’t meant to be that way.. that’s what was probably the most disturbing to him.

The mist pushed itself into Theo's body, having to twist in weird and unnatural ways just to fit through whatever it was getting it through- but after a couple of minutes it fully disappeared into Theo. A few seconds of nothing happening, and then... The body shot up into the sitting position, wheezes coming from the boy.

Conan went over to Theo and gently pat his shoulder, “Hey- it’s alright buddy, you’re alive.”

Theo didn't even register the touch, too focused on getting air into his lungs again to notice. "I- wh- wh- ho- holy-"

Conan frowned, he shifted his form, the misty bits changing to.. a more physical look, a blue sorta jacket draped over him, a blue collared shirt, some sorta scar along his mouth, and star-like freckles, “Hey, bud, it’s okay. Breathe.” Conan gently assured, now in human form

Oh gods oh gods oh gods he died he fucking DIED how is he breathing- is he in hell-?? Who- who is that in front of him? What happened? He wheezed for a bit more before trying to calm his breath, or at the very least control it. "Wh- what- what- what happened-"

“I think you— died? Maybe. You sorta turned into mist again..” he laughed softly, trying to lighten the somewhat heavy mood

"I what- wh-" Theo almost started panicking before looking down at his hands. He then went to feel the top of his head, and felt the blood on his Achilles spot. "How am I- alive- I died- I fucking died- what-"

Conan chuckled softly, giving Theo a gentle pat on the head, “We’re of the mist, the very thing that hides the worlds. We can be a bit… odd..”

He sighed and ran his hand through his hair, then started laughing. It was not a geniuine laugh, it sounded more like he was trying to keep himself from doing something atrocious to someone. "I- I'm going to go insane. I'll fucking kill her- I'll kill her a thousand times over. Until she gets the message."

“Is there… any way that I could help?” Conan asks after a moment, not even attempting to lie about ‘oh I don’t want you to kill mother’- because honestly, he’s getting tired of her shit.

"Can you make sure she doesn't fucking come back? If not, I don't think you can." He snapped before pausing, then sighed. "Fuck. Shit. Ass. I'm gonna- shit sorry. I'm so pissed."
