"Say Bacon one more Time"

Already, being out of solitary made it easier on his nerves, he could finally breathe while the nausea and the urge to claw at the walls had gradually dissipated. It wasn’t freedom, but at least if was something- perhaps, a step closer to getting out of here, to say the least. As for the other inmates, he didn’t let himself get intimidated, in fact, he figuratively kept his teeth gritted and made sure that whoever so much as threatened him would quickly understand that he’d be more than willing to give them a can of whoop-ass. Although his feistiness wasn’t enough to fend off bigger groups and having a knack in pissing off the wrong people, Rat was quickly left with the short end of the stick.

Despite it all, he endured it and played by the rules… all he wanted was to be reunited with Hog so he could finally find some sort of anchor, something that would keep him from making it worse for the both of them- at least until he formed an escape plan.

He kept his head down, not really wanting to look at any of the correctional officers as they escorted him. As soon as he was pushed in, Rat felt a wave of relief shake his entire being- at fucking last.

Rat was out of words as well, his throat was a little caught up and he didn’t want to show any tears. Thus, he settled to simply return the embrace, giving nothing but a choked up sigh. “Fuck…! Thank god you’re okay…!” He murmured once he found his voice back. “I’m sorry mate… they… hurt you ‘cause of me… I didn’t meant-…” Jamison stopped himself from saying furthermore as his throat squeezed once again. “F’ck…” This time, however, he couldn’t stop the waterworks from flooding.

“I... wouldn’t exactly say I’m... okay,” he mumbled softly, running a hand through the blonde’s hair. “But I’m a whole hell of a lot better now...” He took in a shuddering breath and sat back down on the bunk, clutching Junkrat as if he would melt, as if he’d try to run if he didn’t. “Shut up, Jamison. Shut. Up. You didn’t do this... You did not do this. We’ve been in a dozen prisons before and they’ve... Never done the things they’ve done to us while we’ve been here.”

He pulled away and Junkrat could see Mako a bit more clearly now. He had a black eye and bandages on his head, his voice was raw as though he’d been yelling a lot... More than that though, he clung to Junkrat in a way that said ‘don’t leave me’ with such desperation it was... sad.

He thought this was all so fucked up, even more now that they were continuing despite him giving up. It was all so horrid… “Wait! you’re not gonna stop?! I said I was gonna do whatever y’ask!” There was distress in the junker’s voice as he struggled a little against his straightjacket, pulling at the arm restraints and contorting his body in a weird way. He hated the feeling of helplessness and this was exactly what he felt as they pushed his wheelchair out of the observation room. Hog was asking for his help and yet… he couldn’t relieve his partner.

They were here because of him and if he had cooperated beforehand this would’ve never happened- it was all his fault. Jamison kept his head lowered so they wouldn’t see his watery eyes and kept on gritting his teeth as an attempt to keep himself from whimpering. “Y’all bloody sick…” He mumbled as he found comfort in murderous thoughts- they were all going to regret what they did and he was going to get his hands on some chemicals sooner or later, this joint will go in flames, starting with those assholes… yeah… that made him feel a little better to think that he could perhaps bring forth some sort of revenge.

“…yeah…” It wasn’t like he had any other choice and fuck did he hated it.

Junkrat was returned to his cell and unsurprisingly they... Still didn’t treat him very well. He was removed from solitary shortly and put back into general housing, but the other inmates... Were worse than the security guards. But their word was kept and soon came the day that he was to be reunited with Roadhog. They didn’t even have to put him in a straight jacket to escort him this time--he was free to walk on his own. Well--with handcuffs on, of course. 

Mako’s cell was small--incredibly small actually. There was enough room for them to get into their beds and a bathroom in the back. Mako himself was sitting on the bottom bunk, hands gripping the edge of the bed tighter as he heard the approach of one of the security guards. He tensed and looked up as the door was opened up, eyes widening as he saw Junkrat with them. He stood up as the other junker was pushed in and watched the guard leave.

“Fuck off,” he wheezed, lazily swatting at his companion. He gave a rattling cough and rolled over in his bed, turning his back to the Junker pestering him. “I’m not--” he cleared his throat and coughed again, “--not fucking sick. It’s allergies, I’m fine.” The fact that he hadn’t yet gotten out of bed betrayed his words, however. Usually this scene played out the other way around; Junkrat trying to fight off Roadhog first thing in the morning.

This was stupid.

That’s all he could tell himself as the much smaller Junker climbed up his form, giving an uncomfortable grunt as a foot was shoved into his face. “Watch it,” He growled, delivering a somewhat sharp slap to Junkrat’s leg. He was trying to get into a small window about 15 feet up in the air and decided to use his bodyguard as a ladder.
