Idk if this counts as a face reveal or whatever but here’s the winter soldier cosplay I worked on for like 5 years

I looked up screen shots from the movie and rough sketched the pattern over and over, then I used some old EVA foam I found in my garage to make each panel. I used a shoulder support brace to keep it on my arm and elastic to keep the forearm tight :)
