Some low quality previews of the Haunted Mansion and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad portraits I’ve been working on, taken on my phone.  They’re still a work of progress (and my scanner is officially too small to scan them).  But I figured I could always post my progress on them!

"Born with the blood of a true racer and a love for anything with an engine that can rev u„ Cars Lands, or "CaLa", has a spirit more free and wild than that of a stallion!  Though not quite as fast as her older brother, Test Track, she has a matching hyperactive nature and true sense of optimism about her.  A gifted mechanic, CaLa knows every last odd and end when it comes to automobiles.  But her noteworthy technology and abilities can tend to make her rather cocky at times.  She has a good heart, though, and loves all mechanics- new and old, simple and complex.  Her confident, toyboyish demeanor and knack for breaking down has quickly made the new attraction good friends with Thunder Mountain.”

Working with colored pencils for the first time in quite a while.  I’m actually quite happy with the way she’s come out so far. :)

I finished coloring the portrait of Mine Train Through Nature’s Wonderland!  My poor little finger is dying, though. XD  I really do need to get a stylus at some point. 

I lost my stylus eons ago, so I had to draw with my finger whoops

Hans does not deserve a spot in my doodles, but he may make a good coaster for my drink!  Okay, Not really.  I accidentally ran out of room.  Whoops.  Sorry buddy. 

These two are the best of friends, and received the various scars along their bodies while being involved in a near-fatal rafting accident together.  Their nicknames are Kali and River Run (sometimes shortened to River by her Animal Kingdom comrades), respectively.

It took me a week to finally getting around to finishing this, but here we are! Drawn because I haven’t really been giving most of the poor guys enough exposure in my artwork.  It’s not my best, but I at least like the way Soarin’s and Test Track’s faces came out.
