"Compared myself?, to what exactly?" Shane's eyes were still fixed on the TV. Good. He didn't need him scanning his facial expressions.

"To anyone. When playing hockey Hollander. Have you compared yourself to anyone?"

"Oh. Umm..." His face did a ninety degree turn and was now looking at him "Yeah, I guess. Why'd you ask?"

"To who?" This was so stupid. He didn't even know why he had asked it in the first place and was now regretting opening his stupid mouth. The need to have someone else to be jealous over was non existant, so why had he asked?

"Well..."

"To who Hollander?"

On single beat and then

"To you Ilya. Obviously" Shane's eyes met his for a split of a second and then he got up and made his way to the kitchen "More coffee?"
