I caved and got the new expansion pack!
Personally, I really likeĀ a lot of the furniture and some of the CAS items (Proper Plugs anyone?!) but to be honest I donāt see myself playing in the world too often, or doing much of the eco activities haha.Ā

Composure Hairstyle - 1k Followers Gift (Part 4/8)
This hair took me SO long, but i think it came out very nice.
I will be posting the eight pieces in the course of the following days :)
For this fourth piece i tried to frankenmesh this braid and i really like it, it have a headband overay accesory that comes in my usual methalic swatches.

Goth Family Estate
As of recently I have been obsessed with creating old Sims Characters and bringing them into Sims 4. The story lines and how the Sims connect to one another is amazing.
Ā So Here are Mortimerās Parentās Cornelia and Gunther Goth and this is the Goth Family Estate. (Which Mortimer can move into once they die) Complete with family grave yard, swimming pool, study and greenhouse.(just donāt forget to feed the Cowplant!)Ā
This lot replaces the Okenstead in Willow Creek but I mean you can put it on any 50x50 Lot. No CC was used (I dont have any CC in my game)Ā
I also made Corneliaās Sister Prudence Crumplebottom who visits the house from time to time :)Ā

Itās been a long time since I have shared a build.Ā And what better build to share than my very first apartment.
I moved into this apartment in Toronto around December 2019. It was a huge move for me since I was moving out of my parents place and into my own space for the first time (finally at 27 I am an adult).
I have always had an interest in design (duh I am a designer) but I was so excited to buy my own furniture, and furnish my own place. Yeah itās not perfect yeah if I had all the money in the world I would buy some beautiful mid century modern pieces but this is home :)
I moved in with my best friend and itās been a blast! I re-made our apartment as best I possibly could (yes I learned how to use build / decor tools), Balcony, Skylight included. No CC just in game content. Perfect for a small family, or two single sims!
Maybe I will share some comparison photos sims vs real life at some point!

Iāve been very busy lately, updating the sims from my personal save,Ā so I thought it would be nice to show you the results!
Some have not been edited much since last year (just a few adjustments),Ā serval of them have undergone more important changes, and I also deleted and added a few sims. It took me a long time, as I gave all of them skills, careers, clubs, relationships and additional traits. Iām still hoping for some changes on gameplay (how traits, personality and relationships work) so I can enjoy playing with them! If only with these portraits, you have any guesses about the stories of some of them, or an idea of the relationships between them, donāt hesitateĀ to comment, here or on twitter (itās easier for me to reply there), Iām curious!
I donāt plan to share these sims, I made them for my personal save. But I shared some households, you can find them on my download page, or by using the OriginID simsontherope in the gallery.
Some of these sims still need houses, so Iād better get back to building!
Can we just talk about how @simsontherope ās sims are beautiful. Seriously if i could have a game file just with these sims I would in a heartbeat. Amazing.Ā

The Sims 4 Eco Lifestyle: Dumpster Woohoo Confirmed
In todayās Sims 4 Eco Lifestyle gameplay trailer and blog itās been confirmed that Sims will be able to get frisky in even the filthiest of dumpsters.
LOL I am laughing way too hard at this. Itās great whoohoo in the dumpster, then ur sims are dirty whoohoo in the shower. Makes sense to me.
SimGuruFrost has announced that The Sims 4 Eco Lifestyle Live Stream is scheduled for this Thursday, May 21st, 2020 at 11:00am Pacific.

Itās been.. 2-3 Ish years. I know. Iām like the bad relationship that just came back into your life but you kinda love it. (lol what.) Iāve decided that I wanted to keep posting about the sims because since this pandemic... I HAVE BEEN PLAYING IT EVERY DAY.
And I miss the community, and I miss the crazy creative custom content. I miss reading peoples legacies / stories, seeing screenshots, ranting about stuff packs and game packs that might be good or bad.

Oh and also since I left tumblrs community guide lines decided to block basically everything on this blog so I changed the name to Oh Yeah TheSims4. To censor it... you know.. for the kids.

Thank you guys so much for following me over the years. I really appreciate it. Brindleton Rowhouses
This lot is a complete re-do of my Havisham Square lot in a more Brindleton Bay/New England style. As with the Havisham rowhouses, these are only partially furnished (plumbing, appliances, lighting, and cabinetry), so feel free to decorate and edit as you wish! Each one has a slightly different flavor, but the same basic floorplan, except for the middle one which is a bit smaller and therefore only has one bedroom and bathroom. The others have two bedrooms/two baths. The pics in this post are of the rowhouse on the far right.
Rowhouse caveat: Sims will sometimes use all three kitchens to make ONE meal, moving from counter to counter. I donāt know why they do this when there are perfectly good and accessible counters nearby. :-p If you donāt want this to happen, I would recommend only furnishing one rowhouse and deleting all objects from the others, or using the door-locking feature of the game in order to keep Sims from wandering willy-nilly into each otherās spaces.

Nova Hair
Sooo this is a first. I thought Iād finally give hair making a proper try with a simple edit of two hairs to make this! I love the bun from the new C&D hair because itās literally how I wear my hair 50% of the time but without all the extra hairā¦ so yeah, hereās a new hairstyle for everyone! :^)
