I just checked this blog for the first time in years and read the thing about JD’s Progress and YiKeS that’s insane. If I remember correctly, I would’ve been 11-13 years old back when I was interested in the show and the fandom. I remember watching a few of his videos and I am disgusted now. It appears that he hasn’t affected any younger fans or the actors, and I really hope that that’s the case. I haven’t been too interested in the show in years, but if my old obsessions and interests from childhood ever come back, I’ll make sure to stay clear of Jonathan Mara’s content.

On a lighter note, it seems like the fandom is even less active now than it was back in (I believe) 2014-2016. That’s kind of sad, but things come and go. My interest in the show and the fandom really helped tween me through one of the worst stages of my life (worst one I’ve experienced so far). Thank you for making your blog a safe space way back when, it really meant a lot to me at the time and to other kids too, I’m sure.
