Sometimes being the too woke friend is seeing normal people doing stuff without thinking of the grand scheme of things and getting so stressed they repeat harmful behavior without a second thought and knowing there’s nothing you can do about it
Since citing articles and telling facts usually doesn’t work, that’s an very ineffective way of changing someone’s point of view
Like being transphobic, in their mind is just that “it’s something unnatural so I don’t like it” but stop and think omg
To implement an idea of how a man or woman should look, it also affects Cis who doesn’t fit in the standard model so they will also get harassed so this will create imposible beauty standards people can’t follow, hence companies may invent new insecurities so they can come up with solutions (seen before like body hair or fat) so with so much demand they can high the prices of the products and that makes stuff like pink tax, a “women” product cost more than a “men” just bc it’s pink and girl oriented but it’s the same shit, like razors what could possibly be the difference?
So their hate is affecting my finances 😡
When people are buying supplements and vitamins bc they saw online that’s a good way to stay healthy or lose weight without being medicated by a doctor, the demand increases and me, who has an incurable syndrome who keeps me malnourished, I just only need to cry while seeing the prices. There’s exceptions like I need omega 3 but that’s expensive to produce, unlike other supplements. There’s also this tax that only bc it promises miracles like health and getting skinnier, people will pay more for them
That’s why you can’t be feminist and transphobic or racist, everything is intertwined, it’s not rare seeing people who fight for a cause letting another cause join them in a protest
This aren’t all the comics I’ve read, sometimes I dedicate a entire post to a single comic panel instead of a compilation, other times I don’t even make a comment at all , but it’s nice to keep track of some of them like this

It’s just me elaborating tons headcanons and fanboying as this type of my post usually goes
To begin with damn I didn’t knew Duke was so sassy I like it, the weebtoon put him more of a softie so it was really a surprise
Two he also is an adrenaline addict? That funfact can be fun to play with, like lil habits he got for constantly getting himself in trouble
Also that’s a commun trait with bats, at least Dick, Damian and Bruce also fought a lot during school
I imagine something goes wrong and Duke first instinct would be saying “it wasn’t me!” Bc people tend to blame him for stuff or bc usually he is in the center of trouble so it would be comforting being in a fam full of troublemakers and finally not being the only one, Bruce going “yeah this is more of a Damian thing than a you thing, don’t worry” it’s such a blessing not being blame for everything for once
On other hand since he’s new to the bats he can get away with tons of things since they don’t know yet the type of trouble he is use to cause, so if school calls Bruce bc “one of your kids got into a fight” Bruce would think someone tried to bully Damian again, imagine his surprise seeing Duke in the office, and Duke will feel kinda bad bc he do like being with the Wayne’s and doesn’t want to end up in juvenil but Bruce is so use to this Duke doesn’t need to worry
I had only heard about Leslie and how she works as a doctor giving free healthcare on crime alley, tbh i think it’s the first time I actually see her, I was so surprised
Duke is afraid of highs, kinda gap moe that the fearless troublemaker is afraid of it, specially knowing he will turn into a bat, did he got over it or just do it scared?
Duke’s mom being a very clean person so maybe out of comfort he likes to clean his stuff and specially adores clean sheets and clothes, like he won’t clean in his fosters home knowing it’s temporary and the place sucks but maybe it’s something he discovered while being at Wayne manor, knowing it do matters here unlike a temporary place that doesn’t want him, the smell of chlorine or cleaning products may be his favorite
Ngl this reminds me of the Mole man from fantastic 4, I haven’t read much about them but in the latest movie I got a glimpse of how it may be
Ngl I did laugh with the joke like really if you feel you will die what’s wrong with screaming “I want my mama” ? You’ll lose aura but also your life so who cares?
This is so cool, it will really add to the rumor of “don’t plot near bats bc the big bat will hear you” it can help with the whole “Batman is a creature” or “doesn’t exist” and a good story of Gotham, if you need help tell a bat and Batman will appear to help you, or don’t plot in dark places bc there may be a bat near ready to snitch
I just pick a random one and if I don’t get something I hope I get it eventually, there’s usually side notes pointing where to read each reference but you’ll take a lot of time to go back and forth bc usually is “I’ll stop you in chapter 23 to tell you need to read another 25 chapters of an unrelated saga just so you understand chapter 24” so I just skip it if my curiosity isn’t acting
Specially I google “x character first appearance “ and choose it
And if the first appearance was issue 22 of a story I got lazy to read I choose another one lol
the “sexy lamp test” but for disabled folks: if you can replace your disabled character with a beloved pet dog that needs an expensive surgery to survive then you have to throw out your manuscript

Half of them I really doubt were real words lol i think it proves more I have a good gut than actually a good vocabulary
And tbh Spanish played tricks on me, some words were exactly what it was in Spanish but others no
For example plausible is the same in English and Spanish but Fastidious sounds like Fastidioso- someone who’s very annoying, the English definition was “very attentive to accuracy and detail”
