Sam sucking Dean off in a truckstop bathroom, knees aching against the dirty tile floor, Dean's hand tangled in his hair, palm grasping against the stall door. They walk out with Dean's arm slung around Sam's shoulder, Sam wiping his mouth, face reddening when the gas station worker gives them a long look. To his horror, Dean ruffles Sammy's hair, making it even messier, and loud enough for the worker to hear, says, "Grab some food for the road baby brother, I'm gonna start the car," and walks out smirking. Sam hurriedly grabs their food and fumbles with the cash, mortified and refusing to make eye contact with the worker.
