The Disaster Hit - Ending One Story but.... 

The Story -

February 8, 2021, was the day of the undoing of Miami City. A city meant for families, fun, and memories turned broken, fallen, and now hundreds of meters below the ocean’s surface. The cause? Well, it’s an event that cannot be so easily explained. Though it was a tragedy that forever changed those who were left remaining - whether if it were for the better or worse, the broken city was left to those who stayed, those who were lucky enough not to be so affected by the storm are left to pick up the pieces to the city now known as - well, that doesn’t really matter now, does it?

The OOC Explanation - 

I know it took awhile but we FINALLY were able to pull together a spin off of this RPG, and I am ecstatic to announce that we are officially taking applications, and once we’ve reached 13+ applications we will officially open the group. Then doing acceptances on Sunday and Thursday. 

Due to numerous reasons, we won’t be providing a direct link here - but if you are stumbling on this post and would like to see where the Oath of Miami members ended up please message me at either two locations below (or both). 

Please keep in mind that even though I kept somethings of Oath - the new group has changed, so please be sure to read through the Plot and the new-er set of rules. We cannot wait to get to write with everyone once again as a real RPG family. 

Hello darlings! 

Finished with school, but work still needs to be done -- so, lets pick up the towel and continue to work! There are wanted connections to be filled, Mafia positions and locations/job positions to be filled. Possible skeleton bios to be filled. Together we will be able to get these accomplished in a breeze! 

Come join this loving and open arm Mafia RPG family. An admin will be online to answer all questions, update the app count whether it will be an application itself, or reserving an FC, Wanted Connection, and or a Mafia/Job Position.  Our two characters for your first application is still in effective for you get a double bang for your buck. Like we said, there are still a lot of great positions to be filled, so, we promise you won’t regret come checking us out and joining the Oath Family.

Effective immediately we re raising how many characters you can have from 4 to 5 muses! The time limit from applying for your 5th character is the same as the others. Two weeks of proper activity from when you applied from your 4th character.

Which is even better considering tomorrow is our Acceptance day! We have a bunch of open Mafia and Location Positions open, as well as some skeleton bios we would love to see filled! Not to mention, some still amazing Wanted Connections left open for the taking. Myself and Karma will be on to answer any questions you may have, reserve an FC/WC/Mafia Position, and or the application count itself! So, come on by and help us grow this amazing Mafia family.  

Another announcement that isn’t as exciting, is we will be doing activity checks on March 1, 2021 --- Be sure to stay away from the Activity Police, they actually might bite.

𓆓 — Here in Miami, Elijah Mackell, is said to be Henry Cavill doppelgänger, but they are a 37 year old Hitman in the Ivory Serpents. They mainly identify as a heterosexual male, and others have described them as possessive, stubborn & loyal.

■ .HISTORY. ■

Elijah was the second child to be born to Kaylee and Benjamin Mackell. The couple was part of one of the most prestigious families in New York City. Elijah never struggled with money, his family always having more than enough to spend for multiple lifetimes, though he was never truly happy. The only time he ever truly was happy was when he was holding a gun. At first, it was just a hobby, but the more he learned about guns the darker his mind became. His younger brother Adonis always keeps him from wandering too deep into it. Till the fateful day when both brothers fell in love with the same woman, even though Elijah won her hand in marriage, it didn’t take long for him to realize his future wife was clearly in love with his brother. The couple decided to give their relationship a real try since Elijah promised a real-life to Tatiana.

The life she wanted, to settle down and have a family something Adonis had no interest in since they were barely in their early twenties. Elijah and Tatiana decided to move out of New York City and try for a better life in the sunshine state. They moved to Miami and soon enough Elijah opened his Gun Shop, it wasn’t long before he was facing the serpent’s godfather. It was no family secret that the Mackell’s were a crime family in New York City, his Uncle Bentley ran it before it was handed down to his father after his uncle was put into jail for murder. Elijah promised he wasn’t trying to invade territory since Kaylee always went out of her way to keep her children from following in the family’s footsteps. Being the daughter of a priest she never saw herself with a man like Benjamin but love was a crazy thing, however, she did her best to keep her children from falling into a life of crime.

To prove that Elijah wasn’t trying to start anything, he decided to help the Ivory Serpents deal with arms more effectively. His new lifestyle started to create tension between him and Tatiana, giving her even more excuses to push him away. After finding out she was pregnant the couple decided to figure out the best way to make parenting work as it was proving an actual relationship between them wasn’t going to be possible. Hanging out with the Ivory Serpents and being seen with them led many to believe he was one. It wasn’t till a Crimson Reaper soldier caused Tatiana to have an accident at 7 months pregnant that Elijah officially took the oath to become a part of them. The miscarriage brought Elijah and Tatiana back together as friends but their bond was even deeper after mourning their baby.

When his eyes first landed on Elaine, he was mesmerized. He knew that maybe the universe didn’t have it out for him. The more time they spent together the more time he found himself falling deeper and deeper for her. He decided to have a chat with Tatiana as the two were friends before the mess took over their relationship. They broke things off on good terms the two decided they worked better as friends. Things for Elijah went smoothly after that till the fateful day that cost him everything, he doesn’t know why he decided to cheat on Elaine. He just knew it would hurt the woman. It was the part of himself Adonis always warned him about. The dark part that no matter how close to someone he wasn’t afraid to hurt them. He didn’t lose sleep over it either. Elijah knew he had a dark side but he never truly knew how deep it was till it was too late.

■ .CRIME HISTORY. ■

Elijah’s criminal history is quite extensive, starting from when he was a teen he would drink and steal anything and everything for the thrill of it. As he got older the crimes became more violent and serious, his first murder was the Crimson Reaper that leads Tatiana to her accident and many more after.

■ .IMPORTANT CONNECTIONS. ■

☓ Elaine Martell — Even though they aren’t together anymore Elijah cares about her a lot, even though she can’t stand him on her good days. He is always there to have her back in the good or the bad, he wishes she would give him a second chance but deep down he knows she won’t.

☓ Quindell Parker — Elijah’s frenemy, the two get along well but also there is a constant competition to outdo the other. He can always count on Quin to call him out on his bullshit.

☓ Vincenza Feigel — Elijah and Vince met away from Miami at his sister’s art gallery as she held a new exhibit. They managed to keep in contact and stayed in contact, even more, when they realized they lived in the same city. They have no clue they belong to different gangs since they never bring that talk to the table.
