The depressed teen that hates their parents has been a trope for years. Saying someone has daddy issues or that their behavior is fatherless is an insult. People call kids “ipad babies” and make fun of their short attention span.

6 months ago, i was banned from twitch, my only source of income, for, and i quote: "". They did not provide me a reason. The person who reported me has been going around telling trans women to kill themselves and bragging about reporting me. Now that it has been 6 months, however, I can at least request reinstatement- theoretically.

Unfortunately, I can't get into the appeals page or my twitch account at all; I can't even change the phone number used for 2fa because the 2fa service is that shit, and the phone number associated with the account belongs to a friend who is way behind on his bills after a divorce.

we've managed to get most of them paid, but he's still another $150 away from getting his phone reconnected, at which point i will be switching over to my current number so this never happens again. and then i can maybe actually get my twitch account back.

if anyone has anything they can spare to help, it would be immensely appreciated ;_;

your neighbors cannot eat your vitriol and no amount of angry posting will keep them safe.

anger and rage are driving forces, they are emotive, e-motive, but you need to let them move you to doing something rather than just stewing in your oh so righteous fury.

a better world is possible but you have to make an effort beyond being angry, like: yes, you’d kill, okay sure, but would you listen to the unhoused person on your street?

would you allow them the humanity of being your neighbor? would you learn their name, their mood, their daily struggle?

would you donate your time, if you can; your money, if you’ve got it; your effort and your energy to making the world a little better?

I was a couple dollars short in my bank account this morning when they tried to take a bill payment and so of course they charged me $50 for not having money. And I needed that to, you know, buy groceries and gas since I dont have a job.

Im selling plasma today but I need it for my phone bill 🙃
