For you to care,

About my sorrows.

Was that too much to ask for?

I just wished,

For you to stay,

a few for minutes,

Until everything was fine.

How I prayed,

For you to say,

That you cared,

And everything was gonna be better.

But every night,

When I drown in my sorrows,

You desert me,

As I my tears leave me to slumber.

I had begged you to stay,

Asked you not to leave,

But you never cared.

Why was it that I never knew,

Which of you would be the one.

At first glance I already felt,

It was either one of you.

I was confused for over a year,

Some things just didn't click.

If it was her,

Why was pain all I felt?

But if it was you,

Why did you push me away at every chance?

And why were your words so harsh?

But God, you had those smile,

That make me smile too.

And your hands,

They were the most beautiful I've ever held.

Your voice,

Brought me closer to comfort.

And in your arms,

I never wanted to go elsewhere.

But now I'm alone,

In the dark,

With no one to talk to.

Why was is it that,

The labyrinth of lies,

The golden string of faith,

Lead me to a goddess.

The goddess whose touch,

Was too divine for earthly faces.

Whose love was too dear,

To use for my cause.

Whose smile was sweeter than nectar.

Whose sight has humbled me to my knees.

Every time, she strips me of my pride,

I know there'll be no reason to hide.

For she'll be the one who's right,

And now I know,

I'll never wanna lose her sight.

Her touch leaves me,

Begging for more.

Sometimes I can't take it anymore,

All I've ever wanted was her.

My vision has cleared,

And now I see.

All the wasted times,

I chased after someone else.

They weren't even half of her.

The goddess I love,

If only I was the only one.

The silhouettes of others,

Dying to take you from my arms.

Though I'll do with all my power,

All that it takes,

For you to remain mine.

If the world shall crumble,

For me to feel your touch again,

Then let the sky

Fall down to where we stand,

And even then,

You'll be the only one.

My heart begs for you.

My eyes are blinded,

For you're all I see.

Now I know,

And it's for sure,

For when the lights stop shinning, The fallen king shall rise again, To retake all of earth's might. Enemies shall cower, Allies will be blessed.

The scorched boy with his lies, Shall taste true fire, That even ice cannot diminish. From the mouth of a fire breathing dragon, A single burn that will never fade.

The girl with a tainted soul, Shall feel seventhfold the pain of her lovers. Such treasured reputation, Crumbling into ruins, For the king has awaken, And has realized, that she was not the queen.

For the hypocritical sinner, Her lies shall catch up, Bringing the dead back to life where it rises. And I only wish, that she comes prepared, To face death in a never ending stare down.

To the brainless scholar, Who has thought of the worst. I pray only that he sees the truth, Before pride's wrath takes over, Bringing utter destruction.

I don't know how I'll be able to breathe, Without you close to me. I just want you to know, That you're all I need.

In every breath that I take, And every step that I make, you'll always be in my heart and thoughts. For I spend 15 hours a day thinking of you, And 9 hours dreaming of you.

You've given me the best memories, And that's all I could ever ask for. I want you to know, That I'll never forget your name.

I'm sure now, That every glass of coffee, And every petal of a rose I see, Will surely remind me of you.

Red roses in a field, Thinking I'd be healed. Never knowing it would be you, I took my chance to fall.

For my feelings would never be small, And I'll do all I can, For you to recall, That my love will never be false.

Sneaking out as the day began to end, Meeting only a friend, But wanting our time to extend, Never knowing I'd fall in the end.

Stolen kisses when no one was looking, Our hands intertwining, Hoping our joys would be never ending. I knew we'd be a happy ending.

I never thought,  It would be possible  For a single person  To put a smile on my face  Every time our eyes met. 

I never thought,  That someone's lips  Will take my breath away  With ever stolen kiss. 

I never thought,  I'd get the feeling  Of never wanting to let go  Of someone's beautiful hands. 

I never thought,  The feeling of  Parting with someone  Would hurt so much. 

I never thought,  That someday I'll know,  That I'm truly not,  Just a cold hearted ignorant.
