I had been listening to Meredith Monk for several years. Then, in 1988, as my daughter arrived, I felt a healthy level of satisfaction to honor

and in honor of this magnificent bundle of creativity, I named her Meredith.

Just as Espresso has proven that Italians are masters of coffee, the Japanese have developed their very own culture(s) on coffee. Their knowledge and deliverance is second to none.

But more in their core and ancient traditions, you will find the finely ground “green” tea leaves, known as Matcha.

They might tell different fortunes than coffee.
