So, I need to say this because when I played P4, Naoto was without a doubt my favorite character. This is something I feel extremely strongly about, and I feel like I need to voice my opinion.

Naoto Shirogane is not Transgender. She identifies as female, was created as female, and even has decent motivations for /why/ she crossdresses (japan is sexist yo).

One part of it that upsets me is that it’s completely ignoring both what the character said and part of her story.

Another is it erases crossdressing as a thing.

And a third is that it just really fucking annoys me because it’s so totally wrong and people shout how it’s canon (you can have a headcanon, sure, but that’s literally not canon, it’s part of the definition.)
