broadly speaking I think Dan Heng would put the Express Crew before everyone else, and share himself with them more than anyone else, and I also think that this is not a particularly groundbreaking statement. However. I do think there is one instance where he would put Blade first, and that is in regards to his own flaws. It's precisely because he cares for the Express Crew so much that he puts pressure on himself to be the best version of himself for them. When it comes to his shame, he doesn't want to show them that, so he goes to Blade instead because he feels that Blade has already seen him at his very worst, and that it doesn't matter if Blade sees that again. With Blade he can at least be free from the expectations he can't help but have of himself, and he'd probably also feel more comfortable because he doesn't feel that Blade is better than him the way he seems to feel about the Express Crew.
