I like how people use this to skirt away any type of dissenting views they dont agree with. “Its not from my favorite news site so its faaaake!” Its the same with CNN and FOX, instead of reading and using all news sites and verifying from local sources and forming your own opinion, people pick a socially acceptable favorite and defend it to the death regardless of how wrong their “perfect” place for news is, instead of putting forth the intellectual effort and researching independantly. Its just so much easier to ignore something with accusations.
Tabloid refers to a format style with large pictures on smaller sheets compared to newspapers of larger size with much more text and less photos, not the content itself. The typical tabloid rags you and others refer too, just like to post shit in the tabloid format rather than in newspaper, or broadsheet, style for that reason, the photos.
The Left leaning Independent and Labour aligned Daily and Sunday Mirror are also Tabloids. In Norway, one of the biggest papers, Dagbladet, is tabloid and very left leaning almost radically so. If you look into the biggest papers and sites around the world, you will see how many are tabloid format and are very left leaning. People just like to default to MUH BIAS!! when the paper happens to not be be liberal buys into their views, and its automatically called “tabloid” or “conservative propaganda” lmao, as if there is no such thing as a liberal bias or propaganda.
As for the Daily Mail links, many links are not even from them but from the BBC Independent and Guardian. Its just when the big name places people pledge their loyalty to, all have massive hard ons for the party in power who massively support political correctness and immigration and so on, you will not often find articles about certain things and when you do they are devoid of any real information like race or context etc. However, the links you criticize do have alternative links to other sites including the local sources that reported the stories first.
But like I said, that would take a few minutes of intellectual hardwork and independent thought.
