It was only supposed to be casual. Just rules on parchment, a way to keep things nice and easy. But somewhere between French men, stolen socks, and Christmas mornings, the rules stopped mattering. What mattered was him. What mattered was love. Enemies with Benefits takes place over two years, and follows Harry and Draco shagging senselessly but ultimately getting themselves sorted.

I wrote Enemies with Benefits at the end of summer 2025 after a ten-year hiatus from the fandom and from writing in general. Fast forward seven months, and I decided to edit the fic as I feel my writing has improved. The story has not changed. I’ve focused on SPaG and fixed one tiny plot hole. I hope that the story is a more enjoyable read for you.
