A comedic noir adventure video game featuring Nick Bounty!

Exciting news, friends! My old friend Mark Darin (former superstar at Telltale) has launched a Kickstarter for his new comedic noir adventure game, Pinhead Games’ Nick Bounty and the Dame with the Blue Chewed Shoe!

Please consider donating. Mark was my co-developer for The Adventures of Nick and Willikins (as well as being my very good friend for over 25 years.) As you may have heard, he and everyone else at Telltale are no longer employed. Help him stay in the game of… games… by throwing a few bucks at this project!

The Adventures of Nick & Willikins is a humorous look at the very British relationship of Master and Manservant as told through the lens of clueless non-British writers. Also, there’s a dead body involved. Did the Butler do it? It’s up to you to find out! Oh, and you’re the butler, I should probably mention that. Features: Classic Point & Click interface. An entirely original adventure written by Matt Rowbotham and Ron “AAlgar” Watt. Developed by Pinhead Games (Nick Bounty, Forever Space, Brain Hotel). Features voice performances from Sarcastic Voyage’s entire stable of voice actors. Vividly brought to life by artists Meg Casey (Munchkin, Welcome to Showside) and Fred Stresing (Invader Zim [comic], Rocko’s Modern Life [comic]).

Here it is, friends: our completely free comedic point-and-click adventure game, THE ADVENTURES OF NICK AND WILLIKINS, is available now for PC and Mac.

Nearly a year in development, this game was written by me and Matt Rowbotham (with some help from Terry L Drosdak and Amanda Wren Smitty) and it features some of the most amazing artwork I have ever seen from the extremely talented Meg Casey and Fred C. Stresing

Additional (also fantastic) artwork/animation contributions were made by Vishal K Bharadwaj, Gregory Dickens and Mark Boszko

It also features the always-great Sarcastic Voyage Unpaid Voice Acting Players, in some of the finest performances they've ever delivered: Mark Boszko, Kristy Lynn Brannon Stienstra, David Fields, Brian Lynch, Kara O'Connor Caitlin C. Obom, Nicole Santora, Amanda Smith, Sabrina Snyder, Duncan Star-Boszko and Jason Ryan Wallace.

This game was a real labor of love, friends - the culmination of nearly a decade of practical experience writing and producing comedy, not to mention that "nearly a year" of direct development. I hope you play and enjoy it. And I hope you'll help us spread the word about it.
