Taking care of yourself isn't something to feel guilty about. It's what allows you to show up as the best version of yourself. Take that break, make that tea, and cancel your plans when you just want time alone. You're allowed to practice self-care even when your schedule is busy and those around you pressure you to always be grinding. It takes strength to set boundaries, but it's worth it.
