Just someone you don't know

Hmmm...okay, here are a few thoughts/ideas (note, these are all written with the assumption Adrien is still Chat Noir):

..cuz Alya isnt okay with Marinette keeping a terrible secret like this from Adrien? So..in this solution..Marinette is a selfish childish person who would take someone's miraculous away for disagreeing with her..and you think thats justified?? Okay. Fascinating.

Alya has ALWAYS been adamant about telling the truth, and when she found out the first time she was PISSED so why exactly would she just be okay with this?? And why exactly does Marinette have the right to take a miraculous for finding out information she poorly hid??

"Why aren't you happy!? I give you everything! You have everything so why can't you just be grateful!?"

Paired with a Darling with sensory issues,

"I don't like the feeling of bed covers materials, the shackles make a bad noise and you leave the big light on."

The ones who plead with you as you hide behind a locked bathroom door, begging for you to please let them back in. The ones that make you your favourite foods over and over until they can cook it perfectly, hiding all the burnt mistakes inside the bins. The ones who come home every day with gifts in and because they missed you so much during their eight-hour shift. 

The ones who hold you so sweetly every night, hoping one day you'll aclimitise enough or become so touch starved that you eventually reciprocate their hugs. Maybe one day those hugs can evolve into more, into bare skin against bed sheets and breathlessness, but for now you allowing yourself to be held is a luxury they hold deeply against their hearts every night. Its progress from at first, when you first woke up in a home that wasn't yours, kept in a guest room until you were settled enough to move into the master bedroom. 

Everything was taken at your pace, he is patient, and he wanted so hard to prove how patient he can be, thinking of you, knowing just how much he cares for you than perhaps you can stop being so terrified of him. Don't you know, sweet thing, that he would sooner burn off his own hands than ever lay them on you in anger? That he'd sooner cut off his tongue and feed it to himself before yelling at you or calling you something he would never dare say before his mother? How mother raised him right after all, raised him to be gentle and kind, he could never disgrace her memory and how hard she worked for his sake to ever harm you. He begs you to understand that no matter what you do, he would never dare to hurt you. He sits you down one night and makes a promise on his mother's well-kept grave that if he ever were to lay a finger on you in violence, then he will unlock the door and allow you to leave him. Because by the lord, he already doesn't deserve your sweetness in his life, and if he can't be grateful for you, he will not allow himself to have you. That was the first night you slept soundly beside him.

And he tries, you have to understand how hard he's trying for you, he doesn't expect you to be grateful. In fact, he expects you to hate him, to curse his name out and fight back like a cornered dog. He doesn't deserve any better than that treatment from you; he knows full well what a selfish, irredeemable man he is. How you were all set to live a beautiful life, but he stole you away from your rightful future because he could not stand that that future could never include him, as he wants to be included. Not as your friend, co-worker, or a stranger on the bus, he could never accept that role from the fates. So instead, he stole your fate from you.

I'd like to imagine a Yandere!Knight who never ever leaves his princess' side for any reason.

He would sooner chop his arm off than leave you alone, not even when you were in a perfectly safe location. Your Yandere!Knight kept his head on a swivel like a paranoid owl, always on the lookout for anything or anyone that could possibly pose a threat to his beloved princess.

And should a threat present itself, he would be the first to act, sometimes before you even realized you were in danger. He preferred it that way. Nothing should have the pleasure of stressing his princess out or making her life difficult.

So, when the prospect of an arranged marriage sprang up during one meal with your family, and he immediately noted the distress marring your mien, your loyal knight decided then and there what it was he had to do.

However, no matter how many suitors went missing, or suddenly called off the impending union, your parents were still adamant about marrying you off.

That night, as you poured your heart out to your knight with tears streaming down your pretty face, he held you in his warm, protective arms. It was the first time he'd ever dared to touch you in such a way.

And you allowed it.

You allowed him to comfort you, to touch you, to kiss you... Until you could think of nothing that wasn't related to him. Just as you were the only thing occupying the space in his mind, he, too, wanted to be that for you.

As his fingers slowly, yet insistently, spread your undefiled pussy open, countless shivers ran through his body at the way you clung to him. Or how Marinette admitted to making the usual bathroom "out-of-service" so she could tamper with the temporary bathroom? Granted, we never see inside the potentially vandalized bathroom, only her putting up the sign, though if the school needed to build the temporary bathroom, there's enough evidence in the episode to suggest Marinette caused serious damage in order to carry out her plan.

Out of morbid curiosity, I searched up the prison sentence for recording in a public bathroom and found this from "prisonguide.co.uk". Before anyone comments, I know the UK and Paris are different places with different laws, this is just to show how scummy the whole scheme was from my perspective.

Warning, slight mention of voyeurism ahead. Nothing major but I'll warn you just in case.

Actions outweigh intentions.

Maripologists will cry and scream about Marinette's intentions while ignoring her actions because it's far easier to lie about supposed intentions then the visible actions.

Marinette didn't have to follow Sublime to her tryout, didn't have to pretend to be akumatized and pour soap on the floor which affected Sublime's prosthetics, didn't have to become Ladybug and jump in the middle of the track while Sublime was sprinting which caused her prosthetics to break, but she still did. Marinette's actions hurt Sublime.

The miraculous ladybug powers fixed Sublime's prosthetics so Marinette wouldn't have to face the consequences of her actions. Remember, Sublime told Ladybug and her dad that Marinette pretended to be akumatized as Soapinator and that she "acts peculiar when she wants to be friends with someone". If the prosthetics stayed broken then Sublime's parents would've gone to Marinette's parents to demand compensation to fix or replace the prosthetics Marinette broke, which would've become widespread gossip leading to the death of Marinette's social life.

But the writers couldn't let their darling Marinette face her own actions so of course the miraculous powers fixed Sublime's prosthetics. Makes me wonder why the writers wrote Marinette breaking Sublime's prosthetics then excuse her because "oh she feels bad about it" if they wanted to keep Marinette as morally clean as possible.

The part that my brain latched onto was "would people wanna know Gabriel was monarch?" If I were part of the Parisian Public who'd been emotionally tormented by a magical terrorist for roughly a year, had my body transfigured against my will who knows how many times, and whose only means of protection against anything becoming permanent were magically enhanced teens, I would want to know the identity of my tormentor, so I know they'd been properly dealt with and can't continue to hurt me anymore.

Marinette isn't protecting anyone with her plethora of lies, what she's doing is denying them closure. If people knew Gabriel was Monarch and Gabriel is now dead, they won't have to worry about him possibly returning to torment them or help someone else torment them.

"Oh, but they might blame Adrien because he's Gabriel's son, and they'd think they worked together. Marinette had to lie for Adrien." But Marinette as Ladybug could've easily explained that Adrien didn't know his father was Monarch as Gabriel hid everything from him instead of willingly choosing to lie that Gabriel was a hero because she was uncomfortable about a truth she had zero rights to cover from those that need to know.

The lies aren't protecting anyone because the longer the lies are upheld, the larger the metaphorical statue of Hero Gabriel will continue to grow, the harder the debris of the broken idol will crush all those who believed the lie under the weight of the inevitable truth.

While I do hate that Marinette’s response to Adrien suggesting therapy in Wreckless Driver was:

“Why? You can talk to me about him, right?”

“I help him. I’m his girlfriend, you know.”

Something else that bothered me was in Elation where Ladybug was trying to woo Cat Noir and when he respectfully rejects her, she says:

“What’s up with you? You have a new girlfriend or something?”

(Which is part of the top ten list of things you CANNOT say when you get rejected. And the way she sounds so disrespectful and disgusted.)

..the audacity for Marinette to give Adrien this look.

When all three of them refuse to tell him just how important the rings are..despite it being relevant to him too..

Also Felixs done the same damn thing..which is why Adrien did it..cuz he thought he was bonding with his cousin.
