This was on the shelf like this, along with every other figure box. You guys do realize that you don’t have to violently rip open every box, right? In this economy I completely understand not wanting to pay for a mystery decorative figure just to get one you don’t want, so I’m not completely against looking into packaging to see which cat is there. But if you’re looking for a specific cat, like I was, you don’t have to rip apart the box like you’re kinshifting into your favorite Warrior. There is a very simple solution that leaves the boxes intact for people who DO want to be suprised.

You can take your nail (or a key) and tear open the plastic, and GENTLY bend the cardboard back, and move the paper around with your finger to see who’s in there. Then, when you see who it is, you can simply bend the cardboard back. No tears in the packaging besides the plastic. That’s what I did. I was looking for Scourge. Guess what?

It’s really very simple. Idk if it’s y’all doing this or the scalpers, but some stores might throw this stuff out if the boxes are damaged or if they assume the figures were shoplifted. With the nail cut method the box stays intact and everyone is happy.

Every store I’ve gone to so far, the boxes have been ripped up like this. Same goes for the plushies. Can we be a little less feral???
