Livin' La Vida Broka

After being laid off back in July I've been struggling mentally and financially. I told my boyfriend to move out but with good reason. His drug habits weren't okay with me. I feel like it was a little drastic, emotionally charged and so not the right time to be having him leave. Putting myself alone and going through what I have been wasn't the best choice but I made it through. I even broke down and asked him to come back at one point but he said it was probably better he's away from my family for a bit the environment is toxic and I know this. I've known this for a while. I told him that before he moved into the home I share with my mom...who she in turn has my sister and niece stay for free..which causes issues. I wanted to move out when I was more financially stable and my mom lost it. it scared me a little bit. A few weeks ago she smashed in my bedroom window because we got into an argument about something else. I left that night because she was getting out of had and i didn't want to be near her. She smacked me for telling her off for breaking my window. I was only gone a few hours when my niece called me and she was crying that my mom took too many pills. I went home. not just because of the pill situation but it was raining heavy that day and I was thinking about the rain getting into my window. My mom was fine by the way. Good news though. I found a job. I'm waiting on the next step. I hope I'm not speaking too early and ruin things.
