No more shitty coffees

I’m having dinner at this cute little café/restaurant right now and I think I fell in love. The place as an amazing interior (and exterior) It’s super super trendy and sophisticated and unbelievably cheap. I actually double checked the size of the salad I ordered because I couldn’t believe it was only €4,70. I mean €4,70, if you’re lucky you can get a coffee for that price in Paris. This salad in Le Potager de Charlotte looked so good that I couldn’t wait to dig in. Then I realized I forgot to take a picture. But I think you will agree with me that it just looks to good to think about photos. Le Potager de Charlotte is a brand new restaurant in the 9th in Paris. It’s a vegan place runned by two brothers with a passion for food. And that’s something you can taste! They also serve great fresh made smoothies and juices. The waiter, one of the brothers, was so kind to let me try out some of the deserts, and let me tell you: they’re delicious (and guilt free). xK

The first time I went here was together with a friend of mine who came to visit me in Paris. We're both tired and needed a caffeine fix, we accidentally stumbled into this place and we immediately fell in love. The interior is really nice and the products are all bio. I've been here many times since and it never disappoints. I personally recommend the (gluten free) madeleines and the Matcha Latte with rice milk, and if it happens to be a Sunday: go for the brunch, it's amazing!

After four days of working in Munich (so no time to explore and find new cafes), I finally had a day out of the studio. As this was my first time walking through the city I had no clue where to go between castings. Obviously that is why Robin started this blog, to help you out finding good places, but there was nothing yet about Munich. That’s why I went to Instagram and searched for hashtags like: veganmunich and healthymunich. Luckily this place popped up and was on the way between castings. There where a lot of nice places in the same street but I decided to stick with my choice. The eatery was quite full already, a good sign. The terrace was full so unfortunately I had to sit inside. Although it was a little dark, you could see that they thought about the appearance of the place. The staff was really sweet and the food came quickly. Not only did it look delicious, it also tasted amazing. If you’re ever in Munich, definitely try it out! xK

I discovered this (raw) vegan restaurant and bar while doing castings during London Fashionweek and I still haven’t forgotten about it. This hidden treasure at Chepstow Road is the place to go for a healthy breakfast, lunch or dinner. They also make amazing mocktails! It’s under 10 minutes walk from Notting Hill Gate, Westbourne Park or Royal Oak tube stations, and on the bus routes 27, 28, 31 and 328. Before I went to my other castings I got the raw courgette spaghetti, tossed in walnut and pumpkin seed pesto, topped with a rocket and tomato salad and brazil nut ‘parmesan’. Heaven on a plate. I had never tried raw courgette spaghetti before and I’m happy I did. They have lots of vegan, gluten-free and raw food dishes including desserts. An other great thing about this place is that you can order a big or a small portion. So you could order multiple dishes to share with friends or just something small for if you’re not that hungry. Their menu is designed by a nutritional therapist which allows you to ‘spoil yourself without spoiling yourself’. I know where I’ll be heading to next time I’m in London!
