Noah was born into a big family of five children where she was the youngest and only girl. Her father, Geoff, worked in programming and her mother, Eleonora, used to work as a waitress up until she quit to take care of her children. The Wards were a loving family, despite often facing difficulties in making ends meet and providing everything in their power for their five children.
At a young age, Noah contracted pneumonia and almost died. This near death experience made her someone who wanted to do everything there is to do in life and to experience everything. However, that was made impossible by her parents, who ever since that day, had become extra strict and controlling. They loved Noah but also kept a close eye on her at all times, forbidding her from several things out of fear, to the point it suffocated Noah. She was treated entirely differently from her brothers who were freer. It didn’t help her case that she was the youngest and the only girl.
Growing up, she learned how to hack from her best guy friend from school and both of them took on secret hacking jobs for extra cash. Noah’s parents weren’t always able to provide for her everything she wanted and desired, only the essentials. As such, the hacking money served that purpose while she also kept most of it for savings.
Deeply wanting to get away from her family and wanting to experience life and find herself, she applied for a scholarship at an Ivy League University. Growing up, she was never able to find out who she was and what she really liked. She didn’t know where she fit. She wanted to be somewhere away from her parents’ control and somewhere where she would be able to live her life and be able to experience everything, hoping she would discover who she truly is. She was accepted but her scholarship pendinf. Without one, it was impossible for her to attend. So she hacked into the university system to secure her scholarship acceptance. With the support of her brothers and best friend, her parents agreed on sending her off.
Unfortunately, a year into university life, evidence arose proving the system was hacked and she was caught. Instead of being thrown into legal trouble, she was instead enrolled in Gallagher hoping her skills in hacking would be put to better use.
Personality
Her dream is to travel and experience the world and feels Gallagher just hindered that for her.
Noah has this constant feeling of being lost in the world. She doesn’t know where she belongs and she doesn’t know if what she’s doing is what she really wants to do.
Is she happy being at Gallagher? Is she happy with her majors? Who knows! Definitely not her!
She enjoys being flooded with things to do. She loves keeping herself busy just to avoid that constant emptiness she feels inside.
She’s chaotic and fun and her head’s all over the place. She’s always up to trying to new things and up to trying crazy ideas because she just wants to live her life to the max given how sheltered she was growing up.

“Still crazy, but I can’t lie… it definitely feels different being in here again,” Vida answers her with a light chuckle. “The energy’s different. Familiar but… not my own anymore, you know?” Maybe it’d be hard to understand until Noah herself graduates. Her smile grows wider, smoothing a hair out of the other girl’s face. “I’m proud now, Noah,” she smiles, then quickly shifts into laughter at the face she tries to make. “You’re gonna be just fine, you know.”
“Because you’ve moved on to another environment and chapter in your life, right?” she asks, trying to see if she got what Vida’s saying. She claps her hands together at her words and nods before she reaches to take her hand, tugging only slightly in excitement. “Now update about your glamorous life! How’s it going? How’s work? Are you happy? How are you and Emmett?” The questions come so quick she has to take a breath. “If he’s not being a perfect boyfriend, I’ll need to have a word or two with him.”
– “I CAN’T AGREE WITH YOU WITHOUT TRYING THEM ALL SO…” a mischievous smile on her lips, “ i’ll get back to you ! ” she doesn’t mean that. or does she ? either way, she’s a lightweight with a reputation for getting carried away at these things. “ what do you mean, a dramatic photo ? ” sounds like all of aylin’s photos.
Noah laughs. Both of them are lightweights and aren’t heavy drinkers, though the latter does change when it comes to parties. “Are we on a mission to find the best drink tonight?” She grins. Bad idea, Noah. “Like, something with a dramatic pose! Like models do in magazines, you know.”
– “I THINK I’D JUST SAY THAT YOU’VE WORN ME DOWN, there was no finesse about it, ” he tells her. honestly, he’s got no reason to be bummed – he’s at a concert and he’s going back to florida tomorrow. “ is your boyfriend making the plane trip with us tomorrow ? ” he’ll ask, if only so he can mentally prep himself or medicate beforehand. “ three ? big night ! ” noah is not usually a heavy drinker, “ you’re not gonna live to see beyonce in the first place at this rate, you’ll be passed out. ” he orders her champagne anyway.
“Wearing you down is a skill, Jem! At least I get what I want,” she teases playfully, laughing. Though if anyone knows her inside and out, it’s him. At his question, she shakes his head. “Nope, it’s just us two. He’s flying to Florida in like two to three weeks. Mom told me she’s going to invite your mom to dinner the day we arrive, that way we all have dinner together,” she informs him. “We should make lots of plans when we get home.” Of course they will. “Huge night, Jemjam!” She claps her hands together. “Please, nothing can stop me from seeing Beyonce.”

“ THOSE WERE TRIPS, THOSE DON’T COUNT. i got as much out of those as you did. this is different, ” he tells her, flicking the pendant on her neck lightly. “ we were just friends. ” he’ll die on that hill, even if he had just admitted it had been more than that. “ should we get new ears for the occasion, or should i try to find my old ones ? ” as if caden doesn’t know exactly where those fuckers are hidden in his closet. there’s a grin on his lips at her words, because he’s obnoxiously proud of being so good at spoiling her, as if it’s not hard to do when one has lots of money. “ yeah, i don’t know about a vlog. but you can do one for us, right ? ” caden asks, squeezing her lightly. noah’s always been unofficial photographer on their trips – some videos would be nice, too. “ maybe you can make one of those videos like you did for my birthday last year. ” because caden still thinks it’s one of the best, most thoughtful gifts he’s ever received. “ i better be in it, ” he laughs, smirking to himself as her lips glide across his skin, waiting until she’s done before bringing his hand to the side of her face and letting their lips meet again. “ you should get this drunk more often, ” caden teases before pulling away, taking a necessary step back between them. “ if we want to catch beyonce, we should probably head back in. i don’t trust myself to be alone with you for too long in that dress. ”
“Potato potahto, Lucca,” she argues, and will not clarify any further because she thinks that argument is strong enough on its own! And she reaches to touch the necklace. “Just friends,” she repeats, making a face like he’s right. She’s only teasing him at this point, just because his reaction is funny, especially when he just admitted that they weren’t just friends back then. “Try to find? You don’t know where they are?” Her jaw drops, she looks like the Pikachu meme. “Caden! Those are one of the most important things in our Disney trip. Anyway, we’re getting new ones, too. Like a souvenir of sorts, you know. “Of course! That goes without saying.” She moves her fingers gently in his hair as she talks. “I will make another one! My skills in videomaking are, like, much better now.” They are still the exact same. “I’m excited for our trip.” She leans up and presses her lips to his. Excited is an understatement. She still watches that video every now and then. Last summer had been one of the most memorable times in her entire life and those memories had been shared with Caden. “Maybe I’ll let you appear a few minutes or something,” she teases. “Do you mean you don’t like sober Noah?” Another Pikachu meme face. She laughs when he pulls away and she reaches for him again wrapping her arms around his waist and looking at him like he’s the only thing in this world. “If we miss Beyonce, it might be the end of our relationship, Caden. Just sayin’,” she jokes. With that, she takes his hand, intertwining their fingers together and giving his hand a gentle squeeze and moving to walk out of the room back to the ballroom.

“Yeah, I did.” And it was not a pretty sight. All Harper could do was lightly shake her head, sipping from her glass and watching the scene before them. “I don’t know about her but I would’ve lost it on someone if that were me.”
The girl’s dress is even light in color, making it all worse. “And it’s red wine! Maybe she has an extra dress she can change into quickly,” she says, hoping this is the case. “Oh, same here. I applaud her for maintaining composure. Her dress is beautiful, too.” She sighs. “Though I suppose we should’ve expected such an accident. Everyone’s drinking and they happen more often than not.”
yara’s kind of walked into this one and she’s tempted to just distract noah by continuing to talk about people’s outfits, but she has more than one brain cell, so she knows that won’t work. “i mean, what does more mean to you?” noah will have to pry the fact that her and aidan have already slept together out of her with torture. “we’re just… into each other and seeing where things go, i guess.”
“More means a lot of different things, Yara!” Yara is not giving her much information, but that only means Noah will keep on asking and prying till she gets it. “Did you kiss? Did you go out on a date? How did he ask you to come here together?” She has more questions but she’ll let Yara answer these first. “That sounds good, though. Where do you want it to go?”
“ SORRY, LOVE IT, ” he corrects himself, bumping her raised finger with one of his own. “ what are you talking about ? you make it sound like i’m constantly buying you things. i think the last thing i bought you was mickey ears, ” caden counters. it’s probably not exactly true – he probably bought her whatever she needed for skiing over the winter break – but to him, there’s a difference between paying for things and gift giving. as fun as skiing was, the only thing she has to show for it are the memories they shared, and the pictures they took. this necklace, however — well, there’s no ignoring that rock. honestly, he’s been making a conscious effort to not go overboard when it comes to gifts, because he knows that they come from two very different backgrounds financially. but it’s the end of the year, and noah looks so beautiful that caden wonders how exactly he landed a girl like her, so he doesn’t regret getting her something. “ i like spoiling you, ” he murmurs, pressing a quick kiss to her lips for emphasis. “ definitely a lot longer than a year, that’s for sure. this time last year, you hadn’t ever left the country, ” caden points out, poking her lightly in the side. “ look at you now : world traveler, noah ward. ” it’s disgusting how much caden likes hearing that he’s the best boyfriend, because yes, maybe he is a little insecure sometimes that he still doesn’t know what he’s doing in the relationship department. but it’s EASY with noah… or maybe she’s just easy to please. “ best of the best, huh ? ” he smirks against her lips, hands running down her body to rest on her hips. the dress really leaves little to the imagination.
“That sounds better.” She grins, laughing softly when he bumps his own fingers to hers. “The skiing trip! And Disneyland. Though, the latter we had been just friends.” She emphasizes on friends just to be annoying. “I love the Mickey ears! I can’t wait to see you in them again,” she teases. She’s so excited for Disney World this summer, she’s going to be counting down the days. “You’re so good at spoiling.” It’s true, in that department, he’s practically perfect. But then again, he is perfect for her, as cliche as that sounds. But Noah Ward is a cliche and she has no problem whatsoever saying that he’s perfect for her out loud. “That’s right! This time last year I was so pumped for Berlin. Gosh.” She smiles brightly, going silent for a moment because she’s getting memories rushing in lighting speed of the summer, starting from Geneva. Then, there’s a glimmer in her eye, like she just came up with a great idea. “Do you think I should start a travel vlog? Well, I’m a spy in training, that’s not very feasible.” She huffs. “But! It can be for the memories. Don’t worry, you can be in it, too,” she teases. “Yep.” It’s true and she’ll say it as many times as he wants to hear it. She moves his head slightly to the side and presses a kiss to his jawline. “Best of...” Another kiss to his neck. “the best,” And another one, letting it linger, before she smiles against his skin. “... Of the best,” she adds a second time, because why not.

“Don’t tell Caden that. He’ll be heartbroken. But it’s nice to know I’m the favorite!” She grins. “I’ve been trying to deflate it. It’s tough, let me tell you.” Though it’s all for jokes, she loves how vain he is.
“she does, i can usually pick something out for myself but only if i have options to pick from.” yara does actually think it’s a bit cute, even though what noah sees in caden will forever be beyond her. “it’s clever.” she means that. “we are here as dates.” yara pauses, just to drag it out and make noah wait. “and there’s more.”
“Well, it’s a great choice. Fits the theme so perfectly, too!” It’s been nice to see what people are wearing, especially because some got really creative with their outfit. Noah’s smile widens at the information. “More as in...? I need more information, Yara! Spill!”
“Very proud,” she beams, grin instantly spreading wider purely just at how cute Noah is, her smile staying with her as her old roommate returns the hug. “Thank you, thank you, I do love to hear a compliment from you. God, it’s so good to see you guys again,” she sighs. “See, this is the kind of thing I actually am really proud of teaching you,” Vida chuckles, nodding with approval, even if finding the right water-proof mascara is imporant too. “I can rest assured easier knowing you can take care of yourself.”
“Has Gallagher changed for you? Probably not, right? It’s still crazy.” She’s sure Vida has heard of everything that went on. “You’ve taught me a lot! And believe me, I am using it. You’d be proud seeing it all happen.” She laughs. Vida’s like the big sister she never had. “Oh I definitely can. I can be scary when I want to.” She does a serious face, but it’s for the joke.
JO OFFERS A SMALL SMILE AND NODS, not really the type that can be on noah’s level of enthusiasm. “ well you’re welcome any time. my apartment has a pull out couch. ” she had wanted a place with a guest room, but she did only just graduate college. her smile widens a little at the mention of mari, nodding. “ yeah, thankfully it worked out. she’s already freaking out about how far our apartments are from each other, but it’s a lot better than having to do REAL long distance. ”
“Oh, that’s perfect. You’ll randomly find me at your door. I hope you don’t hate unexpected visits,” she says, laughing softly. “It’s definitely better than doing real long distance. I can imagine those to be really hard.” Haha. “I’m glad it worked out! Will you be working in the same place or?”

“Maybe I should hoard the macaroons in this case,” she jokes, grinning. “Mojitos, definitely. They’re so good. Yours?”
