It was odd talking about the success of the band with Noah, but Ashton was proud of what they had accomplished. Even if it was weird to bring up with someone who had been such a big part of it all, she was proud. “Eating out is the way to go, or have someone that cooks for you. Much easier,” Ashton agreed. “So…tell me more about what you’ve been doing. I mean, it’s been…years.”

“Okay, well, not all of us are multi billion trillion...zillionaires or whatever you are now, Ash,” she teased. Honestly, she had no concept of how well financially the band was doing in her absence, but she wanted the best for them. Always would. “But oh man, I mean. I don’t know. I travel a lot, I guess is all that I’ve been up to. I travel and meet people and...play music all over the world. Work a few odd jobs here and there, but um. Just kinda living the vagabond life.”

Hayden honestly wasn’t much of a parks person, and now she remembered why. People were annoying, and they were pressing in on her, and screaming children were beginning to give her a headache. She was honestly contemplating punching the person who had suggested this, when she heard a voice call out. The lilting of the accent caught her attention, and Hayden let out a bark of laughter, bending to pick her wallet up and making her way over. “Thanks. Would have been so fucked without this thing.” Grinning, Hayden shook her head. “Glad to see you didn’t feel the need to use my phone number. Your friend you met in…Indonesia was it? She didn’t decide to become a murderer?”

“No problem. Just doing my good deed of the day over here,” Noah chuckled, shrugging a bit in response. It was no sweat off her back to call out and alert the woman about her fallen wallet. Her features brightened when she realized who it was, a familiar face from her earliest days there in Orlando. “But nope. Not that night anyway.” She had a warm laughter at the mention of the girl she’d moved there for, who she was no longer seeing whatsoever. It had been fun at the time, but things like that grew old. “How have you been, though? Still out and about saving damsels in distress?”

The amazement factor of the place had long since worn off for Ashton, but she knew for other people it was a stunning home to enter into. “No, no I suppose we’re doing pretty well for ourselves. It’s…obviously continued to be…good.” Maybe it was weird to talk about the band’s success in the wake of Noah leaving them. She wasn’t sure what was appropriate chat topics. “Oh, absolutely not. We have a chef in cooking today. Still don’t have a domestic bone in my body.”

The band had soared in popularity over the years, so Noah could only imagine the type of paychecks the others were bringing it by that point. Hers were still quite good and she was only with them at the start. “Sure, yeah, you guys...it’s been good to listen to,” she shrugged, not sure if that was a subject they should stay on. “Fair, though, me neither. I can make like two things averagely and that’s about all I can do in the kitchen. I eat out mostly, I guess.”

“It is, I feel like I need at least a week of sleep to feel human again… At least Thanksgiving break is around the corner.” It was about a month away but she was trying to lift her own spirits.

“A full week? What’s been bringing you down?” she asked with a sympathetic wince. She’d been tired plenty before, but that sounded like absolute misery. “Oh, right, though. That holiday is...it’s November, right? Or something.”

It would be a lie if Ashton didn’t admit she was waiting in the front room for Noah’s arrival. The appearance of Noah back in her sphere had been all at once confusing and emotional and…oddly exciting. The younger girl had been a large part of her life for such a long time and in such a big way that her absence had never truly been filled. As the door was knocked on, Ash walked over, waiting for a pause before unlocking and opening up. “Hey, come on in, then. Food should done shortly.” Stepping aside, she gave Noah room to enter the house before closing the door behind.

Sliding into the door once opened, Noah’s eyes only grew wider as she looked around. There was no lack of grandeur to the place, the sheer size breeding an overwhelming feeling. “Shit, you’re not doing too bad for yourself with this place, huh?” she asked, her head shaking just a tad as she glanced back over towards Ashton. “Food sounds brilliant, though. Are you cooking?” She’d figured they would just order something in, but she wasn’t going to turn down a home cooked meal either if that were the case.

Keely: Noah! Right, thank you! I might have been drunk as well and forgotten to ask you for your name. I've always been better with faces anyway.

Keely: Okay so I need to know who this is. I just got a new phone and have no clue who this number belongs too. I found it in my pocket.

Mitch laughed and smirked watching the woman take the shot like a woman who knew how to have a good time. “Excellent!” He joked with a wink and asked, “Would you like something else to “wash” down that shot love? A beer perhaps?” Mitch never understood though why people always leaned towards a beer after a shot; he preferred to keep drinking hard liquor of some sort. “Or another shot already?” He joked with a smirk.

Noah glanced over confused for a second, shaking her head. “What’s the point of the shot if you’re washing it down? Bring on another,” she replied, her voice raising a bit to be heard over the din of the music around them. If she was going to be out having a good time, she was damn well going to do it right.

Dylan had made it as far as the park, she was so close, like she could see her building right there but she was exhausted. She felt someone sit next to her and she sighed deeply. “Have you ever been so tired, hungry and in need of a bath so bad that you’re considering how impossible it’d be to nap in the shower while having dinner?” She asked out loud.

Noah didn’t have any real destination in mind as she walked through the park, just continuing to wander around the city and learn about it now that she was hanging around for a bit. She plopped down on the bench, head tilting over towards the woman next to her. “I probably have been. Sounds like a mood right there.”

Ashton: my place, this afternoon?

Ashton: i know you're not actually busy, so.

Noah: i resent that.

“Oh! We have ourselves a shot’s woman!” Mitch yelled out with a large smile and nodded towards the bartender to give her the best of the best instead of the cheep stuff. “For you love,” He said handing over the shot after it had been poured infant of them and smirked holding up a shot of his own.

As someone that was just looking to have a good time, shots always felt like the way to get started with a real party. Taking a few steps forward to lean against the bar near where the man was, she grinned towards him, accepting the drink. “Thank you, sir. That will do just nicely,” she smiled, lifting the shot in a quick toast before tipping it back down her throat.

Ashton: no, noah, no i am not.

Ashton: just an invitation. you don't have to say yes.

Noah: okay, okay, yes. where and when?

Mitch Morison knew his drinking limits. He really did. However, tonight was getting the best of him. He had been bar hopping with a few of his co-workers or friends, or strangers-Mitch couldn’t really remember- and he knew he should stop, but also knew he wouldn’t until someone had to call a cab to take him back to the hotel. All he needed now was either a fine woman to satisfy his needs or either get more drinking buddies or have the ones he was with continue drinking. “And my friend here will have….!?”

Finding new places to live it up in Orlando was a big hobby for Noah now that she was hanging around the city for awhile. There was a lot to do and see and she figured it would be worth taking her time to do so. She was hanging at the bar, heading over to grab another drink when the man who was there turned to buy one for her. “Whatever shots are on special tonight, if you’d be so kind.”

“I am?” she giggled and smirked titling her head. “How cute?” she asked ignoring the American thing. “You’re pretty hot… For a Brit”

Ashton: why don't you come over?

Ashton: we can have lunch. or talk. or just lunch.

Noah: are you propositioning me?
