Rinse those babies with some warm water. Rinse any dried blood off of them and make sure you wash your own hands too, infections are nasty.

Then, dab a cotton swab or toilet paper or something in rubbing alchol, and gently clean the cuts, keeping them clean is really important, especially if they're deep. If they're really deep, go to the hospital, this is not optional.

Bandage those fuckers, it helps prevent infections and will keep them accidentally tearing open or anything

Get yourself some water and maybe a little snack. Call up a friend or message someone. If you don't have anybody to message, you can dm me and I'll try and comfort you as best as I can.

Give yourself some damn compassion. Remind yourself that you are worthy of love even if you don't feel like it right now. Seriously, it helps.

You're not attention seeking and you are loved. If this was a relpase, you're not a failure. Relapse is part of recovery.
