These crispy Parmesan potato wedges are a great addition to a Sunday meal because they combine the simple taste of potatoes with the rich taste of Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients: 4 large potatoes. 1/4 cup olive oil. 2 teaspoons garlic powder. 1 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. After you wash and dry the potatoes, cut them into wedges. Put potato wedges in a large bowl and add olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the wedges around until they are well covered. Season the potato wedges and place them in a single layer on a baking sheet. After the oven is hot, bake the potatoes for 35 to 40 minutes, flipping them over halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy. Grate some Parmesan cheese over the hot potato wedges after taking them out of the oven. Before serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley.
