OK i managed to get a fully optimized smeargle for shiny hunting and i did it in the most tedious way possible but i gave him: false swipe, slash, spore, and sweet scent.
false swipe because of course, slash just felt like a good damage dealing move, spore for putting shinies to sleep, and sweet scent incase i wanna horde hunt.
