Dot invited us over to her place and we fell in love with Milky.

My uncle brought us out for lunch today, and my grandmother was ecstatic to be out of the house. She even brought her favourite pair of chopsticks out to use. Also, it felt great to be able to carry a camera, even if for a while. My right arm is healing nicely and I’m slowly, but surely, regaining my strength. Snapped a few quick shots of the two cats residing in my grandmother’s place after I accompanied my granny home.

Osaka Castle Park to Umeda

We woke up earlier that day to make a trip down to see the famous Osaka Castle. The weather was nice. A light drizzle had just stopped, and the winds bore a light touch of summer’s coolness. 

Oh how we’ll never forget the madness that is the crowd. 

Just some of the sights that caught our attention at Osaka’s renowned market.

We stayed at Den Den Town, a mere 15 minute walk away from Kuromon Market. Here’s the first entry to my photo diary entry our Osaka getaway.

The best friend wanted me to capture her purple hair before it completely faded. I decided that to better highlight her hair, we needed a contrasting background. We felt that yellow would work and found this gem of a rooftop for a quick portraiture session.
