The Lakota were one of many Indigenous nations that fought the U.S. to a standstill and forced them to sign treaties, āthe supreme law of the land.ā They maintain their sovereignty and resist the U.S. to this day. Blaming those under an ongoing genocide is horrific. He should blame the settler-colonizers in the future. I hope his racism is enough that people donāt see his latest film. He clearly doesnāt understand what heās talking about.
