This is an idea I’ve actually been really considering and have been doing since lost stars. The timing would make sense considering SkyClan have only just returned so Clear Sky would have only just rejoined main StarClan.

I'm calling it rnow, we're gonna find out that the reason the Bramblestar imposter has been in his den so much is because he's probably leaving his body to cause the several injuries in Shadowclan to lead Shadowsight further into believing Starclan is punishing them.

One thing I want to say about the chapter where Shadowsight is attacked and possibly killed.

Near the place of attack Tree ( I think) said that all he could smell was mint, but Puddleshine was surprised and said that mint doesn’t grow in that part of the forest.

According to the warriors wiki the ONLY thing mint is used for is to cover up the smell of dead bodies

Remember the reason they went there in the first place is because they heard someone (implied to be a Tom based on the pronouns they used) screeching in pain. They were travelling just outside ThunderClan territory at the time to try and avoid incurring the wrath of Fake Bramblestar by stepping into his territory.

So I have two theories about what exactly happened here

(Most likely) This is an assassination of Shadowsight. Fake Bramblestar probably guessed that Shadowsight was going to talk to the other medicine cats about his visions given that Shadowsight had recently tried to announce this to the gathering (but no one really listened). The mint is there to quickly hide the body before the others come to find him.

So Bristlefrost's character has vastly improved. She definitely has a more distinct personality now, although I can't say it's not a bit annoying

Rootpaw has an interesting motivation to help Spirit Bramblestar. I honestly thought he'd just help "because it's the right thing to do" but hes literally just doing it because he really doesn't wanna leave SkyClan which is valid

Did I mention Possessed Bramblestar is really scary? Like this is genuinely a terrifying villain. Hope he doesn't pull a Darktail and become super lame by the end of the arc.
