#spoiler warning

I wanted to hold off on theorizing too much before we could see more of the trio and get to know their characterizations better. But felt like writing these thoughts out while waiting for my coffee ☕

I find it really interesting how Bendy, Boris, and Alice consistently have their accessories around their necks colored (or Bendy's lack thereof, lol). It may very well be just a design choice to have them stand out with the grayscale, but their designs are very recognizable without the pop of color, so it wouldn’t make sense for it to be a “help stand out” thing unless it's extremely plot-relevant.

Why specifically their necks? Why not Alice’s halo?

(I love all their designs so much they’re so distinctive and amazing)

Even Cuphead and Mugman don’t consistently have color; it’s mainly grayscale, except for a few instances.

Like soul energy and abilities

In Bendy games, yellow/gold often indicates souls/powers/abilities/some sort of “magic,” which we often see interpreted as such in AUs involving Bendy.

Even in this shot from farther away, her necklace and his bowtie were colored in, whereas, often, when characters are drawn at a distance, less detail is included. So, going in to color them in cleanly is deliberate and important.

Also, Bendy's outfit being shades of purple is certainly a remarkable choice; even his shoes have a very similar look to King Dice.

Coincidence? Possibly! And why the colored accessories? Could indicate they're under some soul-binding contract, perhaps. Or maybe it's more symbolic in terms of communication, self-expression, and vulnerability. Idk, we'll just have to wait and see lol

Bunny house is about sextual assault trauma, "I" was sextually assaulted years ago and its heavily effected "my" life "I" was recently diagnosed with PTSD becouse of the event, and bunny house isn't spacificly about "my" personal trauma, it's about sextual assult in general. being stuck in the house is a metaphor for feeling like you cant talk about it or ask for help when it is actively happening and also its a metaphor for afterwards still feeling trapped and scared even when in a safer environment, the scribbly figure is ment to represent the abuser who in the animation seems kind because that is often how people can be manipulated, them asking you to clean the house is them asking you to hide what they are doing to you, the dirtyness of the house represents you feeling gross and scared, the bear who ends up being killed in the end is basically you while at the same time you are bunny in the animation both you and the scribbly figure kill the bear in separate occasions. Bunny is small and cute looking makeing them look innocent and when there are little cuts in the animation when they look scarier that is the facade cracking showing that being taken away, and also showing how bunny looks more scary in the animation then the abuser themselve shows how some people might veiw from the outside when people are being abused they might act out and people can often point blame on the victim because of it, thats kindah why "I" made bunny have a scary face cut in the animation in the very first episode so that the veiws might suspect that bunny is going to end up being to bad character. Killing the abuser at the end is to show the rage many may feel, also its left as a multiple ending game to show that many people heal differently and people have different stories.

In the animation when you first enter the liveing room there is a small cut scene that you have to pause to read the words that pop up that show more clearly bunny is being SA'd and "I" took that scenario from storys of how alot of children end up getting sextual assault/abused.

"I" dont know how good of an explanation that is if anyone has any questions or just anything they wanna say "I'd" love the hear it and answer as many questions as "I" can ^^
