Waving around the possibilities of a summer comic project infront of myself like a big carrot on a stick…

I am artistically depressed. Is that just burn out? I’m not sure. Burn out can feel like treading water with your art and going nowhere. This is I am defeated before I even begin and I have no want to fight with making something anymore. I am lying down in pain (I recently strained my back and neck and have been trying to nurse them back to some normalcy) and I don’t want to get back in the ring and little to nothing is calling me to.

The meloncholys been lingering pretty good this time. I can’t seem to shake it off

Probably going to doodle Victor Gideon. It’s already on the ‘to draw’ list. He looks fun to draw.

I for real need to start drawing human faces again tho. For important reasons I can’t get too rusty on that. My human monster men…my humans that become monsters…yea I need them

I’m grateful for how many of you are still here. It never fails to surprise me, but I’m very grateful.

Someone was playing dearly beloved from kingdom hearts on the piano in the campus station building today. It’s a wayward piano on the 2nd floor that students can use if they wish in the building. You hear the ranges of twinkle-twinkle little star to clair de lune.
