You know they come out with lists of who they think is gonna make the [ntdp], and whatever, and I don’t think I was on any of those lists. And that didn’t really bother me, because, I don’t know, no one had ever really seen me play, but it definitely gives you some motivation.

USA tops Canada 4-3 in a shootout in the 2018 IIHF World Junior Championship on Dec 29, 2017 at New Era Field in Buffalo, New York. This was the first outdoor game in WJC history, and broke the previous record for attendance at 44,592
