lately my go-to escapist medical fantasy is not that all my debilitating flaws turn out to be caused by lacking the Vitamin, it's that all my debilitating flaws turn out to be caused by a horrible brain tumour, which is only discovered after it kills me. in this scenario i still posthumously get all the sympathy and respect and understanding as in the Vitamin post, but it has the advantage that it spares me the indignity of fantasizing an embarrassingly implausible recovery and redemption arc

it's still really funny to me that there's a socially normative way to be weird and if you're not weird in that way it pisses the normie "weird" "accepting" people off so bad. and by funny i mean annoying as fuck

it would be so nice if you were allowed to start working on projects before you hit the 12 hour until deadline mark but sadly it’s not possible with our current technology. scientists are hard at work but for now this is one of the limitations we must face as a people
