i'm hoping to get another track out for a different compilation, and then finally finish "all endless" by august but yeah.

so a lil delicate stone you weaved into madness, your memories vomiting in the kitchen sink again.

they say to let it sow, or maybe it was to reap, every action begets hereditary lines, completed by birthmarks.

and there is the Me Now, listening to squirrels in a sealed off chimney. They say you're getting better. and maybe enjoying life, and maybe dreaming.

in the meantime, working on some tracks for compilation albums with other skilled musicians/producers. Keep an eye out for it yep yep.

i got a lot of nice comments about my album "personhood" too in various discords i'm in (plugging again btw hehe find it here https://new-battalions.bandcamp.com/album/personhood). proceeds go to paying my power bill lol.

i thought of using instagram to promote more but i just don't care really, i try to avoid most social media in general outside of discord and tumblr. It's important to be in the world. i would like to learn something like touchdesigner for short videos but the more i think about it the more uninterested i get. And with the advent of ai i don't want to be accused of using ai. Which speaking of I saw Arcologies had a new release on youtube (atmo jungle producer that's very good) and attached all their Renoise project files which i would love to have a gander at. Sadly i don't use renoise, I use bitwig.

anyway i'm already working on ideas music wise again, i got one track mixed already, i think i might do a smaller release like an ep or something of stuff. kind of like afterthoughts of personhood, think I'm gonna call it "All Endless". or at least that's the working title. I would love to do something like Loscil, GAS, or this new album I discovered by Appleblim called "Liminal Tides" but the sounds are a bit beyond me at the moment. But that's ok we learning. I just have so many ideas and not the skills to do them yet, but we'll get there.

hey all, decided to release my album early (just in case civilization does end tonight) but also cause I was kind of just sitting on it when I'm ready to move onto the next thing.

It's a bit of a concept album in that it reflects on my inner self and personhood. Starting out kind of melancholy, but ending kind of hopeful. As if to say "hey i'm here it's alright".

i've always had this issue where whenever someone tells me something i do is good i don't believe them, and then if i get no response it just reaffirms the belief that what i'm doing is awful or wrong somehow.

hey all, released a new song titled "Lovely Cuddly Horrid Horrid Form". It'll be on my upcoming ambient and downtempo album "personhood". For this song I wanted to do ambient, but also add a break to it, and liked how it turned out. hope y'all enjoy.

it's a balance really, isn't it. like all things i suppose. even the earth, at least her habitability, is a balancing act. so too what's inside of us, as well as ego and non-ego.
