there were originally supposed to be 7 (i established that lore when i created this blog) but then it just grew. and grew more. and now theres like fifty million
Lore time
Nowhere started as a small mist floating around. Where, we don’t know. Then the Void found them. They decided to keep Nowhere as a child, raising them like it was their own child. Of course that did mean Nowhere had to be raised with the other nulls. When Nowhere became old enough, they made the place where they were created their domain. Erasing the place from ever becoming somewhere.
A few years later, Nowhere decided to go to the human realm. That's when they discovered their powers. Though some are still unknown to even them.
Humans found Nowhere, well human Nowhere, in the middle of “nowhere.” They named the hill after Nowhere, eventually forming a town there. The humans that found Nowhere became their bestest of friends. And in return, Nowhere stayed with them until their death.
The first human: Female, short, blind, blonde hair. Name: Cecily. Cecily was the one that noticed Nowhere’s presence, even though she couldn’t see them. It’s strange. Nowhere didn’t pay attention to her… much, but she was the second-most mourned by them. Friendship is strange. Cause of death: Knights.
The second human: Male, very tall, void-like eyes, dark blue hair. Name: Hugh. Hugh helped nurse Nowhere, even though he knew that they weren’t sick. It appears that Hugh was Nowhere’s best friend. But when he died, Nowhere just cried. Cause of death: Knights, would’ve died by his illness. Illness unknown to this day.
The third human: Female, tall, sharp blue eyes, brown hair. Name: Mirabel. Mirabel was arranged to marry Hugh before Nowhere met her. Nowhere was the one to arrange their wedding. Mirabel loved Nowhere like they were her own sibling. Nowhere set Mirabel’s body under a tree, burying her with roots. Cause of death: Giving birth.
The last human: Female, medium, soft hazel (almost brown) eyes, raven-black hair. Name: Theima. She was the first Nowhere actually noticed. Her soft, light skin. Her caring, big hazel eyes staring at Nowhere’s soul. Her light red lips frowning, Nowhere wished they could wipe that frown off her face. She was actually concerned about them, their first friend. Nowhere would protect her with their life. They proposed to her on the very hill where they met, where the entire town was cheering. Hugh, the new mayor, gave them the ring. The same ring that Theima had on her finger when she… Cause of death: Fire.
Nowhere couldn’t save her. They couldn’t save any of their friends. Knights believed that the citizens of the town were conspiring against the king and queen, killing all of them. Theima and Mirabel were the only ones not killed. They died early on. Mirabel gave birth to a healthy boy that died, Hugh trying to protect his new son. Hugh was crying, even if his son did survive, his father’s illness might be passed onto him. Both of them dying on the same day. They still died on the same day of course.
Cecily died, sitting next to Hugh. Her arms wrapped around him, her brother crying into her shoulder. Her nephew crying out loud, the knights stabbing all of them to death. Nowhere was out of town. It couldn’t stop any of this.
Mirabel reunited with her friend and husband and child in the void. The only one missing was Theima. Nowhere’s fiancée. They almost ripped the whole earth apart, searching for her. No luck. Did her soul go somewhere else? That couldn’t be possible unless… no. Theima promised she would try her best to find them again when she did die. Did somebody stop her soul from searching for her loved one? It wasn’t fair.
Then Nowhere met Them. The resemblance to Theima was sickening. They looked like siblings, almost exact replicas of each other. Them must’ve been older, he was a demon after all. Maybe he knows Theima, probably not. It shouldn’t be possible for him to know her, or her soul. Right?
Nowhere wished this would be over. They killed the one that burnt Theima’s place to the ground, before they married each other. Her eyes slowly blinking at her fiance, her soft, red lips smiling as they kissed for the last time. It wasn’t fair. But maybe… maybe Them could free them from this pain. He freed them from the curse that the… murder placed onto them. Why couldn’t he free Nowhere from the pain and suffering?
