Nessie's Ark

I got him on 5/16/26. He was being rehomed on Facebook and I fell in love with his little face. I already had my hammie things from when Sparx passed and just had to take him home

Here he is at 9 weeks old 🥹

And day 1 in his new home. He learned how to use the wheel and sand bath so quickly

I am so very sad. Sparx passed away 11/24/25. He went downhill very suddenly and we think developed pneumonia. I had him hospitalized on oxygen and he got fluids and antibiotics and tried our best to stabilize him but he was just too sick to keep fighting and finally passed on his own.

I got Sparx almost 2 years ago while I was still completing my professional degree. I was so drained and needed something to look forward to. Seeing his little face before bed and giving him some pets and treats was an important part of my nighttime routine. I miss him dearly.

This little feral cat wormed his way into my heart so hard and fast.

We had a sudden rainstorm here earlier this week and this little guy was huddled under our roof overhang I immediately purchased a house for him and he hates it 😭 Would rather stay sad and wet outside. I even put a little self-warming bed inside for him.
