there was a lot of thought put into this piece but basically the cycle never ends. ever. no matter how much time passes. over 15 years can pass (self titled > breach) and you still struggle with and write about the exact same feelings. i think the theme of breach being cycles is SO interesting and it’s been really stuck in my head for a while, the callbacks to vessel to really hammer in the point was so beautiful and depressing. perfect album by a perfect band.
