Very important!!!! And just because some forms of self harm don’t leave marks doesn’t mean they aren’t as bad as ones that do!!!!

Also sexual activity, putting yourself down, punishing yourself for messing up in any way, yelling at yourself, intentionally putting yourself in harms way, getting other people to yell and put you down

Factor in that little smile, and she’s seeing Anna in her cell, kinda like the look she gave her in the ice palace, before she remembered what she had done to Anna 13 years before.  This is Elsa seeing her sister and realizing Anna still loves her, even if it’s too late.
