And another page bites the dust...
I swear TNT used to do beta testing. Am I making shit up? I feel like all these shit changes could be addressed before it comes live to the site where like 80% of people just hate it.
Some people are just dramatic, I'll give you that but also. Which one of these converted pages have people ACTUALLY universally liked?
Features of this and that were praised but the same pain points are constantly being brought up and just shoved under the rug.
Like, why the fuuuuccckkkk
is
everything
so
empty??
Jesus fuck, not every image, text box, notification needs like 500px of padding.
It's for mobile users. Yeh, alright but why are they complaining about the same thing?? Also, now that there's a companion app, why isn't the effort being put into that to maximize the experience and interactivity for mobile users?
They don't have money. Then, don't waste time on stupid shit that was working fine. Focus on the broken things that will make people come back. Battledome? GMC? I want to say plot but I'm traumatised by the one that just went.
We need to modernise it. Why? What was wrong with the old aesthetics? Who are these modern users coming in with their modern tastes that don't require normal buttons and functions to the site?
People complained about the previous changes too. Yeh, for good fucking reason. It fell on deaf ears and people eventually had to accept it. Doesn't mean they like(d) it more than the previous now.
Spaghetti code. That spaghetti been holding out since basically the dawn of the internet. Hire people who know what the fuck they're doing and it'll be more like crocheted artwork. Does it even unspaghetti the code? Isn't this 90% a UI thing?
