#I heard that they resurrected neighbours on Amazon and then killed it all over again #which is sad but predictable #but honestly last time I tried to watch it in 2020 #I ended up rage quitting because it was so bad #every so often I get tempted to rewatch and MAYBE one day I will go back and check out some of the later seasons #but nothing could ever match up to the heyday of 2014-2015 and it makes me feel genuinely quite nostalgic #maybe because I was watching and making screencaps while I was still at uni and it was such a specific and #not even that great but SPECIFIC time of my life #that I feel like I could never really replicate it by watching some of the later seasons #like the writers really hit on the 'so bad it's good but still bad but in a genuinely charming way' sweet spot during that time period #and Karl and Paul's homoerotic bromance will never die #neither will Nate's PTSD therapy in the busy noisy cafe with Susan as his volunteer therapist #and neither will Brennan having zero reaction to seeing a tornado #literally destroying Melbourne from a few miles away #AmsKEMEKDMDMDM #God #I fucking love neighbours

#i watched one ep and i can’t do it guys #it was so bad omg #these two little kids got this drone to spy on their hot neighbour and then it crashed into sheila and that was the dramatic ending and just #I CANT NOT AGAIN IM NOT STRONG ENOUGH ALSKDKSKSK #also it wouldn’t even let me take screenshots so i had to take pictures with my phone???
